Answer:	I'm size 11 in running shoes and 11 is a little bit big so I think they run a tiny bit big. I think a size 8 would be a little less big though than how small a 7 would fit you cause it's definitely not a half size bigger

Answer:	I opted for the same width as normal but 1 size larger. If you already like a wider shoe then I would go for that size. I just wanted a good snug fit for the supprt. Could I have gone up on the width as well? Maybe. I'm not sure how that would affect the fit of your foot.

Question:	Are these all foam or do they have a hard plastic heel and arch foundation
Answer:	Likely not. These are not very firm, they are very thin and foam like. Also, you can't ever really "develop" an arch from flat feet on inserts alone, if it is painful, surgery may be needed. Since he is so young, now might be the best time to go to a podiatrist and get their opinion. I had the same issue when I was younger.

Answer:	That is how I wear mine. Work great. So great that I bought 3 more pairs so I don't have to switch between shoes.

Answer:	I think it will depend on your feet issues. I have these as well as more expensive ones from podiatrist. The ones from podiatrist are very hard plastic with no give at all. I have placed those under the memory foam insert of my running shoe for comfort. These "Shoe Inserts by Envelop have not as much arch and are softer, so a little less support, but comfortable. I will jog with these ones when I just go a couple of miles. I have a heel spur that is 85% less noticeable than when I was first diagnosed with it. I actually have 3 sets of these and the ones from the podiatrist. I use the ones from the podiatrist when I plan on being on my feet a long time or pounding the pavement for 3 miles or more. These are in my everyday shoes.
Question:	What's the difference between the grey ones and the black ones
Answer:	6 inches on the inside point to heel 5-1/2 on the outside edge to heel. You can see it has a slight angle to it. It hits my foot right be low the ball of my foot. Very comfortable for me.

Answer:	Not sure. I have the Altra Olympus and Torin Plus. Both had a wider/deeper toe box with more cushioning.

Answer:	The big ball joint in my foot hurts all the time too. It’s arthritic and big. I can walk in these shoes and not have any pain. They are cushiony on the inside but the sole is harder. The way they are designed you don’t get all that pressure on that joint. I also think I was over compensating for the pain in my foot and my knee started bothering. These shoes I really do believe realign your body. Knee pain is gone and my back feels better. I love these shoes.
Question:	Usually wear skechers shape ups, but now discontinued. how do these compare? i have bunions, flat feet, and stand all day on concrete floor
Answer:	I also used to wear sketchers shape ups they are a great shoe. The Gravity shoe is different because the shoe insole hugs your foot, it offers support and structure for your flat feet. It does take some time to get used to them so when you buy them don’t give up when your feet hurt the first week or so. I don’t know anything about bunions so I can’t attest to that and these shoes. But, I think reguardleas because you stand on concrete all day your feet will hurt no matter which shoe you wear. Answer:	I wear an 8 1/2 normally, so I bought a 8 1/2 and the fit was pretty perfect. I will say that the shoelaces that come with the shoes weren't long enough to comfortably make a bow, so I bought 45" cloth, flat laces instead. Love the shoes, though. My arthritic feet definitely feel better with these.

Answer:	The toe area does bend easily after wearing for a few weeks but are extremely comfortable, you should look into Birkenstock as these sandals do have a stiff shoe bed and are also very comfortable!

Question:	Is this walking shoe have good support for flat feet
Answer:	It has very decent support, I also have flat feet and almost exclusively wear walking shoes. I find these incredibly comfortable!
Question:	Are they true to size or do they run small
Answer:	I just tried on a pair of these in a store, to see what size I needed since I haven't tried this brand yet. I normally buy 10 in athletic shoes. But the 10 in this was too snug and my toe hit the end of the shoe...11 was too big and my foot was swimming in them. So I came to Amazon to order the 10.5 since I can't find the 1\2 size in a local store.
Question:	I do alot of indoor fitness walking (Leslie Sansone). I need to walking support and and I need the lateral support. Don't care how they look
Answer:	They don't have any support - you are not going to get support from a shoe that is predominately mesh in the upper. There is nothing to keep your foot from pushing out from the sides, and to be a good walking shoe, you need that side support. Also, the support for the arch is lacking and the foot bed is squishy. Others say they are comfortable, just don't plan on doing any real walking in them.

Answer:	They run small. Since they offer 1/2 sizes, I suggest ordering a 1/2 size larger than normal. Wish I had done that. Returned but did not rebuy because the price increased.

Answer:	I'm not loving these....I have wide feet also and that might be the problem or I just cut them to size wrong. Not sure.

Answer:	These support the arches and the heel ver well. I don't seem to have the problems I had been experiencing with both my heels and arches since using these insoles. I think they're great.

Answer:	My first insoles were Superfeet, I also thought they were too expensive, so I looked for an alternative. I've been wearing Powerstep® Pinnacle Maxx Orthotic Supports for years now. I throw them in the washer and dryer (in a net bag) and they clean up great. I tried the Envelop Orthotic Insoles because of the price, and because it might have worked. Unfortunately they hurt my feet, and I couldn't wear them for more than 5 minutes before the pain became too great.
