Answer:	I am not sure if I can answer correctly, but here is my opinion. This works well in tennis shoes, doesnt need to be extra wide. You will need to obviously remove your insoles first. But if you are wearing dress shoes then I believe you would have to test each shoe. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I don't remember if the instructions specifically disallow a microwave oven, but I think it would be a singularly bad idea (the specter of melting plastic, foam, and all that). I'd just follow the instructions and use a regular oven.

Answer:	10 - 10 .5 fits men 10.5 tennis shoes right. It is a bit short in men 12 size for sure.

Answer:	Yes, I believe they should fit both wide and regular width fine.
Question:	I’m confused as to which sole brand type to get, I am a size 9, what thickness type should I get
Answer:	I wear a 11.5 to 12 in mens, this puts me right to the 12M 14W category identified on most sole foot beds. I would say for general to heavy use go sole softech as these would have better longevity over the "performance" model as those usually have the cork foot bed. as far as the thickness goes, it will all depend on what shoe your putting it in. IE if your looking for your running, exercise or light weight shoes of most types you would get the Thin version, the medium thickness beds are going to be good for your heavier shoes and out door type sneakers or light weight hiking boots. and finally the thick beds are going to be for work boots or heavy outdoor boots, but depending on your preference the thick sole's do well in hiking boots as well. I have all 3 versions of thickness and will swap them depending on what I am doing in that shoe for the day, I also have severely flat feet causing plantar fasciitis and tarsal tunnel syndrome and I have seen a drastic improvement in my feet since I started using these per my doctors recommendation of an "over the counter temporary fix". hope this helps.
Question:	Could these be used in tennis shoes? I mean, would they stand up to that kind of stress
Answer:	They could certainly stand up to the stress. I used a single pair for over 780 miles of running last year, and they still wear like new. I bought this thinner pair recently for a different style shoe. However, I don't think tennis is a game typically played with inserts. But I am neither and tennis pro nor a doctor. Good luck.
Question:	My shoe size is 11 (44 european). For Solomon hiking boots, I tried 10.5 - 11 insole, then 11.5 -12. Am I crazy to try 12.5 - 13 insole
Answer:	I'm a 12-13 US depending on the maker of the shoe. My best advice is to take your shoe to a store that sells the SOLE insole and see which size fits best. I tried trimming and then heating a pair of the insoles (according to manufacturer instructions) and, not only was this far inferior to the three pair I already use, I was unable to get compensated for the soles I heated. They curled up and deformed after I put them in my shoes.

Answer:	On the underside mine has a 3r and 3L. The 3 or 2 is the length size and the r & L is for right and left feet. I do like these arch supports. Have wore them for years.
