| Answer: | These are certainly very comfortable and give decent (not excellent but good) arch support. I would get half to one size larger than your regular size as they run a little small. If they turn out too big you can always cut them to size. |

One thing you should consider is that on the top of the leather insole, two crucial areas under the ball of the foot and the heel are both the exposed (plastic!!) cover of the gel for some silly reason, so at least my feet stuck to them like crazy and made the insoles quite uncomfortable. There is also a seam around those openings which I found irritating. |
