Answer:	I have not have an issue with the insoles damaging my socks. I have been wearing Feetures, Balega and Nike Run Dryfit socks when I run... for many years now. I also have a pair of Green SuperFeet in all of my running shoes. I can usually get 2 years out of my running socks. I replace my Superfeet insoles annually but I only average 20 miles or so a week right now.

Answer:	Probably not. They raise the whole foot so ignore you have trouble already I don't see these being less troublesome. I removed an old insole and replaced with these so I did not have any problems after that.
