Answer:	Yes sir, I took the soles out of my steel toed boots and replaced them with these. Haven’t had a problem with my feet hurting sense and I’m in the 40-50 hours a week minimum.

Answer:	The insoles are made so you can cut them to your shoe size, per example the one that says size 8-14 it fits for all those sizes and when you open them you will see a line that shows the correct size for you, I am size 8 so I had to cut the extra part of the insole to feet my shoe.

Answer:	There is an 800 number on the package photo on the right. It is pretty clear that multiple people here do not have a clue what vegan means. This is made by Bayer, and thus a European company. In Europe they allow way less chemicals in the daily lives of the people. I would call the number and ask. I don't know the answer, but they would. Shame on you all who are joking and being rude. Veganism is not using animals. It is really simple: it is not only what vegans eat, but what the products they buy, whenever possible, doesn't come from animals or their by products. Glues, plastics, medications, personal care products, etc. all often have animal products in them. Dyes, too. It is simply a desire to not cause suffering to others. Really simple.

Answer:	Unless they are the ones that come in specific sizes, most of the insoles are between sizes (ie 6-11) and you cut them to fit your shoe. I personally have taken the insole out of the shoe I plan on putting it in and using that as a reference

Answer:	Size D - M 7-7.5 / W 9-9.5
Question:	do they come i 4x size
Answer:	I have not tried in a size 3 but look into the 3/4 length ones not full length. I have a pair and use them in dress shoes because it stops short of the ball of the foot/toes.
Question:	Would they fit a size 14/wide
Answer:	Very good for running (approx 15 miles per week) to mitigate Plantar Fasciitis. They're quite firm, which is why they work, but consequently they're not super comfortable. Wearing thicker socks helps.
Question:	Is this a single insert or pair
Answer:	These should be worn all the time, but yes, please don't go dancing without them. Just be aware, you may need to allow your feet to get used to them. Your feet may have gone a little flat (as most people's do), and you should wear them a few hours at a time at first, for the first couple weeks, bring your old insoles with you, so the arch in your foot can become strong again, they will be sore at first. It's completely worth it though. I even have a pair in my house shoes.

Answer:	Mine delivered were for men's size 8 to 13(US). They can be and are intended to be trimmed to your size. The size and trim lines are molded into the product. Easy to do. If they otherwise fit your needs a decent product pretty much the right price.

Answer:	I add these ProFoot's on top of the insoles already in there. Because of this I try to find shoes like some New Balance shoes that have a little bit more room. But when you do find shoes that have more room for them you will be on a cloud of pillows for you feet. These Profoots mold to your feet perfectly after 1 month or so when you pull them out they will have a perfect imprint of your foot.

Answer:	You can cut them down if they are too large. Men who wear size 10 can cut them down from size 13 to size 10. I don't know about the women's sizes. But again you can cut them down to fit your shoe.

How to use

Step 1: The insoles that came in your shoes are probably removable - take them out first.

Step 2: Place your plantar fasciitis orthotics into shoe, fabric side up, to test for size. If needed, trim the orthotic along the outline (on bottom of orthotic near the toes) that matches your shoe size.

Step 3: Ensure that your orthotic lays flat against bottom of your shoe, especially in the toe area. If it doesn't fit without bunching, continue to trim as needed.

Replace insoles every six months or at the first signs of wear.

Answer:	Sure, but I would say these orthotic inserts would be better for long distance walking
Question:	The 9-9.5 size is a tiny bit big for my size 9 shoes. Is it okay to cut the insole? If so, where's the best place to cut
Answer:	They feel firm to me. I have them in running shoes
Question:	How does one orthotic be a “one size” fit all shouldn’t be more specific? One for high arch, one for flat feet etc
Answer:	The foot arch support insoles are not suitable for shallow shoes, such as shallow mouth dress shoes. they are suitable for deep-mouth shoes, such as lace-up casual shoes, sports shoes, travel shoes, etc.

Answer:	They are not the full length of your foot. So, I would say you should not order shoes larger than your normal size. I do not buy larger sizes than my normal.

I am a woman who wears a size 8 in Jackson figure skates. What size insert would I order

Answer:

I’m not certain there is a single definitive size that fits all women who wear a particular size skate. If you can, try on two or more inserts of different sizes, e.g., your skate size and the next larger size. IMHO, Superfeet inserts run a little small. You want to make sure the insert matches the shape and size of your foot between the heel and ball of your foot. That’s more important than the length of the insert. Once you find your fit, you can trim the excess that extends beyond your toes. I am an adult male, size 9.5-10 US shoe, size 7 Bauer/CCM hockey skate. Superfeet Hockey Comfort size “D” (skate size 7-8) fits my foot the best. Amazon offers me free returns on Superfeet inserts. I try them on, without cutting or damaging the insert, and return the ones that don’t fit. But, I am a Prime member. I don’t know if free returns are available for everyone.

Answer:	Personally, I did not like these at all. I only wore them for about a month and they made no difference. I would assume if they worked for you, I'd change them out when they showed signs of wear.

Answer:	Yes, but I would not advise getting a bigger size then trimming. I got a 9, and while my athletic shoes are 9.5 and it fits inside, the arch is not in the right place. Since my dress shoes are 8.5, I assume I need the smaller size so that they fit the curves of my foot properly. They are not returnable, so choose wisely!
