You can place it inside of your sock, but I don't recommend to use direct contact to your skin. You might feel too hot. I felt too hot through my thin sock on. This pad might be moved around inside of slipper.

HOW TO USE?

①Charge Up – Fully charge battery with provided charger kit.

②Cut up–Be carefully cut the insole to fit your shoe size, be sure to cut according to the recommended line to avoid cutting the electric wire.

③Turn On–Press the ON button on the remote control to turn on the power. Or press the button control on the bottom of the insole for 3 seconds.

④Temperature adjustment–use the remote control or the button on the insole itself to adjust the temperature.

• 2 Temperature Control Modes --- They have a remote which you can fully operate them with the remote, just put the soles in your shoes and whenever you're ready to turn them on you can do it with the remote. There's a button on each sole near the battery port that can be used if you forget the remote, it functions as the power and temp setting.
• Advanced Heating System --- The heated insole is made of water-resistant, bending-resistant titanium nanometer heating material, which is fast heating, safe and stable. The heating insoles have a built-in 3.7V rechargeable batteries. Upgrade 1: Increase heat wires power per unit to reach higher temperature； Reduce insole thickness to 5 mm for good heat penetration; change heating element’s ordinary 2 layers to Aluminum - plated fabric layer for fast heat spread

Problem 2: unbearable HOT on high, but very low heat on medium / low settings

Q: Why charger LED light flash between red / green during charging and how can I know battery fully charged?

A: As we design a chip to detect battery voltage during charging period to avoid overcharge accident, Charger LED flash between red/green and become more obviously when approximate to full charged state.

IT'S NORMAL AND YOU CAN FORGET ABOUT IT.

Charger LED will turn GREEN completely when the battery is fully charged.

Q: Can I machine wash the heated insoles ?

A: Hand wash by brush only, do not iron/bleach, line dry only, ensure the insoles are completely dry before wearing them again
