Answer:	I don`t know, but I believe the battery has a long cycle life. The most important thing is that this insoles really warm up my feet, unlike soneother cheap brands. I think it is very durable. Answer:	Probably a small, but you may want to buy shoes a size larger to accommodate feet and insole comfortably. I generally wear a size 8.5 and medium insoles, but the insoles are thick this makes for an uncomfortable fit in most of my shoes (steel toe work boots are an exception) so this year I took the insoles with me to the shoe store and ended up with size ten snow boots for a comfortable fit. Answer:	Some people really like them however my experience wasn't good. After purchasing mine I didn't need them until the next hunting season and used them on a duck hunt one cold January morning and they did fine, the next morning only one foot stayed warm and after the hunt I inspected the insole and it was faulity. My problem was I had a new pair of Thermacell insoles that were used one time before breaking and even though I have all the packaging because of the delay in using them they were out of the warranty period. Now I never called to complain and offer the chance for Thermacell to replace them but if they want to i'll be glad to package them up and return and give them another shot.

Question:	How do you attach this product to a slipper or a sock
Answer:	To use this product, you just remove a plastic protector sheet from one side of warm pad. It does not have a sticky side. You just place each pad inside, bottom of your shoe. You can place it inside of your sock, but I don't recommend to use direct contact to your skin. You might feel too hot. I felt too hot through my thin sock on. This pad might be moved around inside of slipper.

Q1. A years ago I bought a pair of insoles from here, they work very well, What are the differeences in the old and new version?

A1- 1: Upgraded the size of the insoles, we designed the insoles based as the US Size, it fit for women and men shoes size 7.5-12

2: Upgraded the design and quality of the velcro tape bag, now it fit all kinds of size calf so you can wear it on your hunting boots

3: Upgraded the capacity of the battery, it keeps foot warming 4-6 hours.

Q2. How much degrees it is able to reach?

A2. This depend on your atmosphere, room temperature and humidity. if you want to get higher temperature, please wear cotton-padded shoes or other shoes with sealed space.



Q4. Is the temperature raising quickly?

A4. No. it need about 10 minutes to reach 110°F when it is tested by putting into cotton-padded shoes at 77°F atmosphere.

Colder the weather, longer to reach the higher temperature. If you expect short heating time, put another Non-Function insoles under this Heating Insole.

Answer:	As long as your shoes aren't too tight already. They are very thin.
Question:	Will these run while being recharged with a separate power bank used for heated vest? Or do you have to recharge, then use
Answer:	No, the batteries (one for each heated insole) cannot be plugged in to recharge AND run at the same time. You would have to recharge batteries at home or via your heated vest power bank first and then once batteries were charged you could disconnect from power source and plug them into the insoles.
Question:	Looks like the wire running up along your ankle and then out your high boot top will cause a lot of pain when hiking miles
Answer:	I've worn them for hours at a time doing farm chores and have never noticed the wire. You do have to make sure it's to the side of your heel when you put your boot on initially, and then it shouldn't be a problem at all.
