Answer:	Yes sir, I took the soles out of my steel toed boots and replaced them with these. Haven’t had a problem with my feet hurting sense and I’m in the 40-50 hours a week minimum.

Answer:	There is an 800 number on the package photo on the right. It is pretty clear that multiple people here do not have a clue what vegan means. This is made by Bayer, and thus a European company. In Europe they allow way less chemicals in the daily lives of the people. I would call the number and ask. I don't know the answer, but they would. Shame on you all who are joking and being rude. Veganism is not using animals. It is really simple: it is not only what vegans eat, but what the products they buy, whenever possible, doesn't come from animals or their by products. Glues, plastics, medications, personal care products, etc. all often have animal products in them. Dyes, too. It is simply a desire to not cause suffering to others. Really simple.

Answer:	They are slim and easy to trim. I actually wear two insoles and this one is comfortable and easy to insert in shoe.

Answer:	I bought these to insert in a new pair of hiking boots. They are a soft rubber with gel arch support. I find them to be very comfortable with the new boots. They can be cut to size following the outline pattern at the toe portion.

Answer:	multiple shoes should be fine. mine do not move around and bunch up

Answer:	If you're using scissors make sure they're really sharp scissors. Thats what I used. A box cutter will work too, just make sure you have some thick cardboard under the insoles when you cut them.

Answer:	Hello. Our insoles and orthotics can be hand washed or machine washed on the gentle cycle, on cold temperature setting and hung to air dry. They cannot be machine dried.

Answer:	Depends on you’re shoes but I think it should be fine because the thick park is where the heel is so it should be fine.

Answer:	Don’t know what a curry 2 is but I have to say yes it would fit it. Why? Cause I have used these Sof Soles for about 8 years in a variety of shoes including tennis shoes and boots including work boots without any problems. Good luck!!

Answer:	I think these are about 3/16th of an inch thick. I returned mine because the gel on the bottom of these insoles started to break apart after 3 hours of tennis. They are probably okay for walking and normal use.

Question:	Why don’t they make this product for women
Answer:	Size D - M 7-7.5 / W 9-9.5
Question:	do they come i 4x size
Answer:	I have not tried in a size 3 but look into the 3/4 length ones not full length. I have a pair and use them in dress shoes because it stops short of the ball of the foot/toes.
Question:	Would they fit a size 14/wide
Answer:	Very good for running (approx 15 miles per week) to mitigate Plantar Fasciitis. They're quite firm, which is why they work, but consequently they're not super comfortable. Wearing thicker socks helps.
Question:	Is this a single insert or pair
Answer:	These should be worn all the time, but yes, please don't go dancing without them. Just be aware, you may need to allow your feet to get used to them. Your feet may have gone a little flat (as most people's do), and you should wear them a few hours at a time at first, for the first couple weeks, bring your old insoles with you, so the arch in your foot can become strong again, they will be sore at first. It's completely worth it though. I even have a pair in my house shoes.

Question:	To use these, do I need to buy a size up in my shoes? Looking to use them in trail runners to replace the manufacturer insert
Answer:	They suggest you size up on these and trim them down if they are a little too big to fit perfectly in your shoe.
Question:	I have very flat feet and have had plantar fasciitis. Do these insoles have a high arch? What's the arch height
Answer:	My wife has the women's size 7 and the arch is about 7/8" at the highest point with the orthotic sitting on a level surface. I don't think they are unusually high. They are relatively stiff (but comfortable) and probably adjusted for the size to mimic where the arch of the foot should be located. I also had problems with plantar fasciitis on a couple of occasions in the past. Since I started wearing these orthotics, I have not had a problem. If you're having an issue with it now, try freezing a small drinking water bottle (16 oz.) and rolling it under your bare foot for about 1/2 hour (2-3 times per day) while you are sitting down. My doctor recommended this, and worked wonders for me.
Question:	I have overpronation problems and a high arch. Would these insoles or the maxx be the best choice for me
Answer:	The Maxx would likely be a better choice for one who has mild pronation issues and a high arch as the heel on the Maxx version is slightly posted (angled) specifically to address that problem.
Question:	Does anyone know if these are as good as Superfeet Orthodics
Answer:	I wear Superfeet in all my ski boots and had them in hiking boots and winter boots as well. They last a really long time. However, they did not fully support my high arches in hiking boots and I dreaded long hikes because my feet would hurt so much. I thought this was normal. I tried Powersteps and the difference (after a few short break in hikes) has been dramatic. They corrected my under-pronation much better and no burning feet! And my hips are not longer sore. I agree they don't seem to hold up quite as well, but Superfeet are more expensive. What matters is how they make you feel and that is a trial and error proposition. I like that the Powerstep is as rigid as the green Superfeet. I bought a different but highly recommended foot bed that was soft and does not work as well. It depends on use. and users. These have been great for more athletic uses.

How to Fit to your Shoe Size - Read full instructions before starting.

1. The untrimmed insole is Men's size 14. Place in your shoe to check for fit. You can use the insole on top of the shoe's existing insole or as a replacement, depending on fit and comfort.

2. If the insole is too long, check for the trim guide that is on the bottom of the insole in the toe area. Use a sharp scissor to cut the insole ONE SIZE LARGER than your shoe size. You don't want to cut the insole too short so trim to one size larger and test fit again. For example, if you wear a size 8 shoe, trim along the size 9 trim line.

3. Place the insole in your shoe fabric size up and check for comfort. If your shoe is too tight, you can remove the original insole that came with your shoe and use the Solimo Work Gel insole as a replacement insole.
