Step 1: The insoles that came in your shoes are probably removable - take them out first.

Step 2: Place your plantar fasciitis orthotics into shoe, fabric side up, to test for size. If needed, trim the orthotic along the outline (on bottom of orthotic near the toes) that matches your shoe size.

Answer:	Yes, they should. The insoles can be trimmed along the appropriate line (located on the bottom of each insole) to fit your shoe. I recommend trimming it one line at a time as I accidentally trimmed my first pair too much.

Answer:	I have mine in a pair of Nike running shoes and Sketchers Memory Foam shoes. Works fine in both pairs with the shoes inserts inside with the Dr. Scholl's insert.

Question:	Do these support the whole sole, from toe to heel? They look half-length in the picture shown
Answer:	Yes, these are MUCH better! My doctor told me that Dr. Scholl's are not worth the money since they do not work because they do not support the feet correctly. These insoles are wonderful. My podiatrist said they were as good as the ones he sold in his office!

Answer:	This is a great question. I have very flat feet and I have tried the $$$$ podiatrist inserts and approx 20 different types of arch support insoles. My knees have become a chronic problem. When I wear "flat foot" inserts I have noticed that my ankles still rotate inward. About two years ago, I decided to order and test five different types of "high arch" inserts. Two of the "high arch" inserts lift my ankle into a normal position and I feel much less pain in my knees. The "flat foot" inserts that I have tried have a low arch and don't align my ankles, knees, and hips properly.
Question:	The sizing doesn't make sense to me. mens size 13 are way larger than womens size 10, so why arent these marked to fit larger womes sizes
Answer:	I have tride alot of inserts, even one's that cost 400.00+ and for some reason I like these. it might just be me but for the price it's worth a try, at lease for me it was. so for me yes all day support.

Question:	I'm a personal shopper and literally walk for a full 6 hours a day on a hard surface. Would you recommend for this type of use
Answer:	Although our Performance Running Insole was not tested with persons with sesamoiditis, our Performance Running Insole has a well cushioned forefoot region which was specifically designed to withstand the added forces to the foot during push off in running and exercise, which should help ease the forces placed on your sesamoid bone as you heal. Should the pain persist, we would recommend that you consult with a medical professional
Question:	How long do the arch and heel support insoles last
Answer:	In my opinion, yes. With cut to fit insoles the size range is so large that the most important aspects of the insole (arch size, arch placement, heel cushion) are all 1 size fits all. With these being sized to your foot, all of the components of the insole will fit and work that much better for you. It's a custom fit vs one size fits all comparison.
Question:	The problem I'm having for my dress shoes is the insoles is too thick so my heel rubs the back of my shoes. Any suggestions

Question:	Should I remove the shoe sole before wearing this Insole
Answer:	I imagine it depends on the shoes. I've tried to use them with the original insoles still in the shoes, but it's too tight. When u take our the original insole, it fits well. These insoles really helped me. I've been using them for a long time.
Question:	Are these hard or soft and flexable
Answer:	Adding large amounts of water to Dr. Scholl's UltraCook Insoles may damage the charcoal/baking soda layer. If you are looking to clean the insole surface, it would be better to use alcohol based wipes to clean the topcloth surface and the underside of the insole.
