Answer:	No, there is no sizing chart. The womens 6-10 fits very well into my Size 10 shoes. Just be sure the product says W.

Answer:	They are about 2 1/4". They are soft and flexible so they should fit in any size shoe. I don't think they should be trimmed though. The problem I have is that they don't stay in place in most of my shoes. ( I wear an 8 1/2.) Maybe they will fit more snug in a smaller shoe.

In Europe they allow way less chemicals in the daily lives of the people. I would call the number and ask. I don't know the answer, but they would. Shame on you all who are joking and being rude. Veganism is not using animals. It is really simple: it is not only what vegans eat, but what the products they buy, whenever possible, doesn't come from animals or their by products. Answer:	Size D - M 7-7.5 / W 9-9.5

Answer:	I have not tried in a size 3 but look into the 3/4 length ones not full length. I have a pair and use them in dress shoes because it stops short of the ball of the foot/toes.
Question:	Would they fit a size 14/wide
Answer:	Very good for running (approx 15 miles per week) to mitigate Plantar Fasciitis. They're quite firm, which is why they work, but consequently they're not super comfortable. Wearing thicker socks helps.
Question:	Is this a single insert or pair
Answer:	These should be worn all the time, but yes, please don't go dancing without them. Just be aware, you may need to allow your feet to get used to them. Your feet may have gone a little flat (as most people's do), and you should wear them a few hours at a time at first, for the first couple weeks, bring your old insoles with you, so the arch in your foot can become strong again, they will be sore at first. It's completely worth it though. I even have a pair in my house shoes.

Answer:	You wish you were taller, you wish you were a baller.

Answer:	I found it best to remove the original shoe insert, especially if you have already worn the shoes because by now the original insert has worn down some anyway.
Question:	how long does a 340 last
Answer:	The ones that are targeted for lower back have much better heal support than this one. The lower back pain mainly have heal support. There are quite a few Dr. Scholls insoles that do both well. (Running, Extra Support, and Tri-Comfort). All three are pretty similar, the Running one has more cushioning in the heel, but you'd only notice it running/jumping, even more than the lower back specific one. Answer:	Yes you can stack the insoles. But that also depends upon how deep and wide your shoes are. Pinching at the toes and around the top of the foot can occur. You may want to get larger and wider shoes to avoid this problem.
