Answer:	They are about 2 1/4". They are soft and flexible so they should fit in any size shoe. I don't think they should be trimmed though. The problem I have is that they don't stay in place in most of my shoes. ( I wear an 8 1/2.) Maybe they will fit more snug in a smaller shoe.

Answer:	I didn’t feel a great difference except on the heels. Otherwise my feet just below my toes hurt so much

Answer:	I would think so. I use them in walking shoes and I've used them at festivals where I've walked 10+ miles. Granted, that's not a daily occurrence for me.

Answer:	Dunno about Converse, but they are low profile enough to fit into my Asics shoes without even removing the old original insole. I love them.
Question:	I'm a caregiver for elderly and am on my feet running up and down stairs 10 hours a day. are these appropriate for me
Answer:	I think it would depend on how tight the boots are, if you're also wearing thick socks, etc., but they should fit yes.

Question:	Do these support the whole sole, from toe to heel? They look half-length in the picture shown
Answer:	Yes, these are MUCH better! My doctor told me that Dr. Scholl's are not worth the money since they do not work because they do not support the feet correctly. These insoles are wonderful. My podiatrist said they were as good as the ones he sold in his office!
Question:	Are these insoles completely flat? Do thay have any kind of arch or anything to them
Answer:	Trim the toe area. Lay orig insole underneath draw a line cut out line
Question:	Is this for a pair or just one
Answer:	This is a great question. I have very flat feet and I have tried the $$$$ podiatrist inserts and approx 20 different types of arch support insoles. My knees have become a chronic problem. When I wear "flat foot" inserts I have noticed that my ankles still rotate inward. About two years ago, I decided to order and test five different types of "high arch" inserts. Two of the "high arch" inserts lift my ankle into a normal position and I feel much less pain in my knees. The "flat foot" inserts that I have tried have a low arch and don't align my ankles, knees, and hips properly.
Question:	The sizing doesn't make sense to me. mens size 13 are way larger than womens size 10, so why arent these marked to fit larger womes sizes
Answer:	I have tride alot of inserts, even one's that cost 400.00+ and for some reason I like these. it might just be me but for the price it's worth a try, at lease for me it was. so for me yes all day support.
