Answer:	The ones that are targeted for lower back have much better heal support than this one. The lower back pain mainly have heal support. There are quite a few Dr. Scholls insoles that do both well. (Running, Extra Support, and Tri-Comfort). All three are pretty similar, the Running one has more cushioning in the heel, but you'd only notice it running/jumping, even more than the lower back specific one. Tri-comfort does everything realy well, can be found for under $7 but lasts 8 weeks. (Tri-comfort=good to try).

In Europe they allow way less chemicals in the daily lives of the people. I would call the number and ask. I don't know the answer, but they would. Shame on you all who are joking and being rude. Answer:	While the original idea of this item was constructive, the actual product itself doesn't really support the arch, for the curshion is too flat and its dimension is too ill-shaped to be effective. Worst of all, the wide black band on top of the feet limits its use, because it appears bold and almost vulgar for any shoes, even black one, and one can't wear it under most socks, unless they are thick and black.
Question:	Do these work for neuropathy
Answer:	Works for the constant dull plantar fasciitis pain by providing contant pressure of the arch padding when stepping. Neuropathy pain is more like prickling, sharp shooting or jabbing pain. If neuropathy pain like that, wearing these arch support will NOT prevent nerve pain.

Answer:	I am not a runner. But I am a walker. And I also do cardio floor exercises. So they work for me. They’re pretty thin, but do give me arch comfort. If you have ever had the more expensive Strutz brand, these do not have the thick sort of ball in the middle of the arch. For comfort, I like to wear these to walk and exercise and just go about my day in and the strutz I’ll wear to bed so when I wake up I can walk right away. Without pain.

Answer:	Mine haven't and I have used them in several shoes, so far; my only concern: some insoles don't hold the "stick" and I find the inserts in weird places!
Question:	Can these be used in kids shoes
Answer:	Hum ... not sure but I just measured and it is 2" in width and 3 3/4" in length? Hope that helps.

Question:	How well does this insole help with relieving severe Metatarsalgia ball of foot pain
Answer:	I think these shoes will last a long while, however I’m plagued with chronic plantar fasciitis so I have at least two pair to rotate which makes each longer. If you are on your feet all day, I’d safely say 3-6months. Best way to gauge Is check the tread and look for wearing.... hope this helps. Remember, more you wear them, faster any shoe will wear out.

Answer:	I feel the 13 is very similar to the 11. Ghost 12 are my favorite because they are a little more cushioned but I do like both the 11 and 13.
Question:	do you sell sneaks
Answer:	Hi, thank you for your inquiry! Yes, you can use the Ghost 13 for walking. It is important to note that the Brooks Ghost 13 is a neutral shoe. This means if you tend to have a neutral gait, or supinate (roll outward), the Ghost would be a great shoe to consider. If you tend to overpronate (roll inward), you will want to find a shoe that has a bit more support, such as the Brooks Adrenaline. We hope this information helps. 1.Do you have to remove your shoes current I sole in order for these to fit?

It depends on the size of your foot. The size of the insole is very standard

3. How long are these supposed to last before you need to replace them?

Change insoles every 6 months or when showing signs of wear.

4.How do you clean them? Can you put them in washing machine?

Question:	What size is this
Answer:	I ordered size 10.. For some reason, these products are displayed on Amazon separately by size rather than just letting you select the size when you order.... a bit inconvenient.
Question:	Can this be cut to fit kids size 3 shoes
Answer:	I have not tried in a size 3 but look into the 3/4 length ones not full length. I have a pair and use them in dress shoes because it stops short of the ball of the foot/toes.
Question:	are these good for running
Answer:	Very good for running (approx 15 miles per week) to mitigate Plantar Fasciitis. They're quite firm, which is why they work, but consequently they're not super comfortable. Wearing thicker socks helps.
Question:	Are they good for dancing for a few hours
Answer:	These should be worn all the time, but yes, please don't go dancing without them. Just be aware, you may need to allow your feet to get used to them. Your feet may have gone a little flat (as most people's do), and you should wear them a few hours at a time at first, for the first couple weeks, bring your old insoles with you, so the arch in your foot can become strong again, they will be sore at first. It's completely worth it though. I even have a pair in my house shoes.

Question:	Is it a couple because it doesn't ask for left or right foot
Answer:	I just got mine from Amazon (in black) #11931 and the tongue states "Leather/Synthetic Upper", which in my 40 years of buying shoes (child through adult) meant that portions are leather & portions are synthetic. That said, nothing on or in my D'Lites looks nor smells like any kind of "real" leather.

Answer:	The Sketchers on Amazon are very nice for the price and the size seems to be accurate as listed.

Answer:	No, the insoles are NOT removable. They are a thick memory foam.
Question:	Can you put on slightly narrower shoes
Answer:	It's amazing how Skechers makes it so hard to find the heel height, for those of us NEEDING a higher heel, and sole! This is one of their higher heel, (ergo sole too), models, at 2 inches! Perhaps even more amazing, by those who say they've owned several pair, the guesses, at one inch, or 1 1/4", the closest at 1 1/2". I've had to look, and look hard everywhere to find the heel heights, a fact curiously found with men's Skechers far more than women's! All the incorrect guesses of lower heights give credibility to the fact that a higher heel, (and thicker sole), are much more comfortable for most of us, especially if have bad backs! With this being one of the higher heeled, soled, models!, There is atype of Skechers sneaker I finally ran across, having searched for months, EXASPERATING TO POINT OF NOT BUYING, every model'sdetails if printed AT ALL, called Skechers "Wedges"!!! Not the kind that I don't like, a "fashion" statement that's hidden inside making it look like you've got weird, thick, wedge shaped feet, HATE 'EM! But your basic sneaker perhaps with a bit hidden, but overall, a higher heel, and sole, even running to 2 1/2" high, from 1 1/2", YEAH! THOUGH BY THIS POINT, I'M DISGUSTED WITH SKECHERS MAKING THIS SO DIFFICULT TO FIND OUT, EVEN ON THEIR SITE, AMAZON'S STORE, WITH THE LARGEST LINE IN THE MARKET! FOOEY ON SKECHERS! As it seems that most sneaker, shoe, makers, try to withhold as many details as possible from their clientele these days, with this always the number one or two question asked by customers, ludicrously having to write in to other shoppers.
