Answer:	Great question! Apply a small amount of mild hand soap and warm water to a soft tooth brush and gently cleanse the top cover of the insoles. Allow them to air dry. PLEASE do not machine wash or dry them! Thanks for checking in with us.

Answer:	I don't know if they will last for years.....it might all depend if you wear them every day.....they appear to be pretty sturdy.

Answer:	They are pretty thin. There is a molded plastic plate in the arch and heel areas and the rest is a thin foam material. For me, there was above average support and pain relief, since most inserts I have purchased over the years have done little to nothing. Because they are thin, I put them on top of the insole that is already in the shoe instead of replacing them. They are more comfortable and work better than my specialty arch support inserts.
Question:	Do these insoles, for flat feet, have adequate heel cushion? I need this due to pain from heel spurs
Answer:	To my knowledge heel spurs can occur due to lack of arch and medial support of the foot. The Samurai by supporting those areas well will stop your heel from hurting. Tip , keep your calves well stretched and strong as tightness in that area will cause heel pain. The Samurai insole has remedied my heel pain when I run but calf stretches have helped me prevent any foot pain coming back. Give them a go they have been great for me!

Answer:	As far as I can tell the entire insert is constructed of foam. The heel and arch are a hardened foam but still lightly padded. It took a couple days to get used to them as I’ve never needed inserts before. I exercise daily and find them incredibly comfortable. All symptoms of my plantar fasciitis are gone. I decided to continue using them as a preventative measure. I even bought a second set for other shoes. They trim easily with a guide molded into the bottom of the insole. Question:	do they come i 4x size
Answer:	I have not tried in a size 3 but look into the 3/4 length ones not full length. I have a pair and use them in dress shoes because it stops short of the ball of the foot/toes.
Question:	Would they fit a size 14/wide
Answer:	Very good for running (approx 15 miles per week) to mitigate Plantar Fasciitis. They're quite firm, which is why they work, but consequently they're not super comfortable. Wearing thicker socks helps.
Question:	Is this a single insert or pair
Answer:	These should be worn all the time, but yes, please don't go dancing without them. Just be aware, you may need to allow your feet to get used to them. Your feet may have gone a little flat (as most people's do), and you should wear them a few hours at a time at first, for the first couple weeks, bring your old insoles with you, so the arch in your foot can become strong again, they will be sore at first. It's completely worth it though. I even have a pair in my house shoes.

I think they were Dr Scholls also, made specifically for high arches. Not necessarily for running, but they are very cushioning and use them for running & elliptical workouts:)
