Answer:	I used a pair of aircraft shears to cut them to size, but I'm sure any pair of heavy duty cutters would work. Attached to the sole with Shoe Goo, and used a sander to clean the edges.

Squeeze out a little dab on something and let is cure. You will see how tough it is. Whatever you do, do not buy that " Boot Fix" Glue. It is expensive and it does not work. It is easy to apply because there is instant grab,no clamping. But your sole will peel of in a matter of 3 weeks.
