| Answer: | They definitely have a sturdy/firm arch support. It is a little flexible - not hard plastic so it must be the way it's molded. These have helped me a lot. They don't have a sticky tape on the bottom like their older style. You could use 2 sided carpet tape but they stay where you put them and don't shift around in your shoe. If you turn the shoe upside down and shake they'll come out. They are more sturdy and don't crush like the old ones. I've been using mine for almost a year and the only sign of wear is the material covering came off after a couple of weeks. They are so comfortable. I don't walk in pain anymore. |
