Answer:	They are 4 in across and 1 in plus 1 cm tall. They stick pretty good. Just have to be careful when putting on the shoe. If your heal pushes down on the top it can roll off. But if you pull the shoe away from your foot either with a shoe horn or your finger so your heel starts in the middle they should stay on just fine. :)

Answer:	I imagine it depends on the shoes. I've tried to use them with the original insoles still in the shoes, but it's too tight. When u take our the original insole, it fits well. These insoles really helped me. I've been using them for a long time.

Answer:	3" wide x 1/4" thick. This may be a little unclear, though. The width is accurate but the thickness is harder to define. The actual thick cushion part is 1/4" thick. However the insert forms something like a cup to cradle the foot. It's higher on the sides. Obviously it tapers down in thickness towards the arch. Hope this helps. I wear a size 11.5 shoe and am about 205 lbs. I have the beginning of heel spurs in my right foot and I can tell you that these inserts have made pain management dramatically better. I can't speak to their longevity, but when they do finally wear out I will be getting another pair. Oh, yeah, I wear one in my left foot too.
