Answer:	My daughter only wears one when tumbling since she only has pain in one foot. She has never said anything about it and tumbles fine. She does tucks, layouts, and almost has her full if that gives you help as far as level of tumbling goes.

I found that my extreme heal pain was relieved immediately, and completely went away within a week. I highly recommend them, a very economical solution to a painful problem. I have tried many different Scholl foot forms, and inserts and gel cushions, none of them worked but these.
