Question:	How do I remove the paper covering the sticky part that adheres to the shoe
Answer:	Just work around the edge with your finger tip, or finger nail. Sometimes it helps to bend the pad a bit. Don't worry, the cover will come off. Don't give up. THe pads worked great for me. I just removed a tiny bit of the pad at first and tested the location. WHen I felt it was in the right spot I makred the spot and then removed the intire backing to stick in place. Also, I put them on the UNDERSIDE of my insole, not the top. But try whatever works for you.

Answer:	I have a fractured sesamoid but "'m allergic to silicone pads and adhesives. I got these to stick to my shoe sole instead of my skin.. My doctor cut a semi-circle out of this 1/4" pad for me very easily. I've since cut my own- they work great!

Answer:	They are not too tight on my toes. At first I did notice it between my toes but not rubbing, after a couple days I was used to it. I find them very comfortable.
