Answer:	Yes. These worked very well for me. I no longer have any pain on the balls of my feet.

Answer:	No, they don't work for a size 9.5/10. I put them on for 15 minutes and they were causing discomfort on the outside of the foot, edges were cutting into my foot.

Answer:	Not if you were the sleeve,it would show. If you just wore the pad it could work but since you wouldnt be using a sleeve to hold it in place, it might move throughout the day. I wouldnt recommend with heels,better with close toed shoes.

Answer:	Easy. Wash the gel pads with a little hand soap, then rinse, and then place on a dry place to dry, sticky side up. the sleeve can also be washed by hand. I have never tried it in the washing machine.

Answer:	I stick it on the bottom of my orthotics. I guess you could stick it to your foot, but the adhesive is quite strong. I also replace them every 6 weeks or so.

Answer:	I have a fractured sesamoid but "'m allergic to silicone pads and adhesives. I got these to stick to my shoe sole instead of my skin.. My doctor cut a semi-circle out of this 1/4" pad for me very easily. I've since cut my own- they work great!

Answer:	I have never had to change any of mine. They don't seem to wear out or shred or pill. I have them in shoes I've had for 4 or 5 years tho I don't wear those shoes everyday, but I do wear them often.

Answer:	The metatarsal pads probably won't prevent metatarsal splaying which can be due to age, improper footwear over time, extra weight, or various other things your doctor may be able to discuss. I've found the pads help with general pain when walking long distances. I don't wear them all the time, but some days are worse than others, and having a gel pad that's easy to use is helpful. There are some foot/arch exercises that are listed on the internet that may help to build muscles in foot.

Question:	I wear a men's size 8 shoes so what size should I order the pads
Answer:	Medium with thickness of 5/16 or 3/8 should work fine. I wear a size 9 and it works for me. Just remember that the adhesive is very strong and the pad will be almost impossible to remove after wearing for a day. Follow instructions for proper placement and consider mounting it to a thin disposable sole pad (like Dr. Scholls) so when you no longer want the metatarsal pad, you can simply throw the sole pad away. Instructions for proper placement of the metatarsal pad involve removing a couple of strips of paper exposing small areas of adhesive; then install, try, adjust, try again... When happy with the position, remove the remaining paper covering the adhesive and install permanently.
Question:	is the pad size correlated to the shoe size? I wear a mens 11.5 and was wondering what the right foot pad would be
Answer:	I have a 6.5 women's size. I use the medium. It is a teensy bit large for me but I am happy with it anyway. I am guessing you might need the large.
Question:	What is the width and length of the medium? I have some in my shoes that a doctor has given me a long time ago but I don't know what size they are
Answer:	approx 4" long x 2 3/4" wide at the widest part. hope that helps.
Question:	What is the thickness of these? I am looking for 1/2 inch and can't find it on amazon
Answer:	The package says 7/16", which is just shy of 1/2". I would say that's at the thickest part (wide part at the top). They don't look that thick when I tried to measure a new one but that may have been how I was holding the ruler. They seem to be pretty sticky so you might be able to stick 2 of them together if you need something really thick. Note that they are fairly firm and don't have a lot of "give" like gel pads so they may work for you. I wear one in my right shoe and it feels thick in my shoe but it does work like a charm.

Question:	how thick are these supports
Answer:	About 2/3 of an inch thick.
Question:	If you put these in heels, how did they work
Answer:	I couldn't imagine them working well in heels. They are shaped to fit under the metatarsal arch at the front of the foot. They do a great job there supporting the arch, but would probably be too soft & bulky if forced into the heel space of a shoe.
Question:	is this for a pair or just one
Answer:	They come as a pair. They are super sticky. I used tape to find the right spot before sticking them on my sandal.
Question:	I have sesamoiditis/fat pad atrophy of metatarsals. My feet are very narrow, size 11. Should I get a medium instead
Answer:	I'm an 11 Medium - I would think you would stick to large to get the right length - the width of the raised section is a tiny bit over 2 inches, but the overall width is 3 inches so perhaps you can measure the width of your foot pad. My foot Dr. really liked them and he placed one set in my shoes for me - he said people tend to put them too high up so you may want to ask your foot Dr. to place. Mine are 4 inches down from top of shoe insert.
