Answer:	While the original idea of this item was constructive, the actual product itself doesn't really support the arch, for the curshion is too flat and its dimension is too ill-shaped to be effective. Worst of all, the wide black band on top of the feet limits its use, because it appears bold and almost vulgar for any shoes, even black one, and one can't wear it under most socks, unless they are thick and black.
Question:	Do these work for neuropathy
Answer:	Works for the constant dull plantar fasciitis pain by providing contant pressure of the arch padding when stepping. Neuropathy pain is more like prickling, sharp shooting or jabbing pain. If neuropathy pain like that, wearing these arch support will NOT prevent nerve pain.

Answer:	I am not a runner. But I am a walker. And I also do cardio floor exercises. So they work for me. They’re pretty thin, but do give me arch comfort. If you have ever had the more expensive Strutz brand, these do not have the thick sort of ball in the middle of the arch. For comfort, I like to wear these to walk and exercise and just go about my day in and the strutz I’ll wear to bed so when I wake up I can walk right away. Without pain.

Answer:	I have a wide foot and it is tight putting on but not to wear. I think it should be fine unless you are extremely narrow. I believe the copper on the foot is the main issue. It is 3 3/4 in. when laid flat. I need to stretch it quite a bit to get it on. Hope this helps. I can tell you that wearing it has helped me considerably.

Answer:	I found it best to remove the original shoe insert, especially if you have already worn the shoes because by now the original insert has worn down some anyway.

Answer:	The ones that are targeted for lower back have much better heal support than this one. The lower back pain mainly have heal support. There are quite a few Dr. Scholls insoles that do both well. (Running, Extra Support, and Tri-Comfort). All three are pretty similar, the Running one has more cushioning in the heel, but you'd only notice it running/jumping, even more than the lower back specific one. Tri-comfort does everything realy well, can be found for under $7 but lasts 8 weeks. (Tri-comfort=good to try).

Question:	Do these come in sizes
Answer:	They have a layer of cushioning but they do not have more padding in the heel. The ProTech is the only Powerstep that has an extra cushion in the heel. However, the Pinnacle Maxx is a posted orthotic meaning it has a small lift in the heel which brings your heel at a higher level, taking pressure off of the heel. Plus with the arch support, this is a great orthotic for Plantar Fasciitis amongst other foot problems.
Question:	Are you supposed to remove your shoes' insoles before putting these in
Answer:	I found that the arch support in the Superfeet Black insole (and all other Superfeet models) was positioned too close to the heel. It felt like I had a marble in my shoe and very little support. The "rear position" arch issue has been a problem with several insole brands that I've tried. However, the Powerstep insoles seem to have the arch positioned perfectly for the shape of my foot. It's also just flexible enough be really comfortable while providing lots of support. Add the deep heel cup- and the Pinnacle Maxx has been the absolute best insole for correcting my arch/overpronation problems. Another issue with the Superfeet insoles has been the hard plastic molding's sharp edges digging into the footbed area of some shoes. The Powerstep insoles don't have that problem. The truth is that there are lots of factors (foot shape, arch height, pronation, etc...) and you just have to find what works for your situation. In my case, I've had the best results with Powerstep and Redi-Thotics and Remind brand insoles- mostly due to the position and shape of the arch. I hope that's helpful information for someone trying to figure out what try next.
Question:	Will these work with a riding heel cowboy boot? Could they slip awkwardly down into the boot
Answer:	They have been my lifesaver. I was already scheduled for pttd surgery. I bought one to start of with, then I bought a second pair. I use them in my sneakers and closed toe shoes. Have someone take a picture from the back barefooted and then place the insoles by themselves on the floor and stand on them and take another picture. You'll see the difference. I can be the complete day with.then on. Good luck

Answer:	Hello! Sometimes that happens depending on what type of shoes you are wearing. Some of our customers have put dryer sheets in between the inserts and the shoe and that helps reduce the squeaking. Hope this helps!

Answer:	Yes they can be used in walking shoes, in fact, I find they fit better when used in this way. I find dress shoes with laces are the best way to use the inserts. They are too tight for my dress loafers.

Men's shoes are BIGGER than women's. So while it MAY be possible that it fits a WOMEN'S size 12 and a MEN'S size 9, even that is unlikely. In the US, there is usually a difference of 2 sizes between men's and women's sizes (men's 8 = women's 10). Inaccurate product descriptions are NOT helpful and make me question the entire product! Thank you to those of you who actually measure and answer the question. PEMBROOK: Please FIX your description to be more accurate! I realize there can be stretch (which is good) and softness which helps - but there should not be a 2" difference from one pair to the next!

This past weekend, I stayed in and did not wear shoes at all. I really noticed it when I put my shoes on this morning. I could FEEL the support and think my arches did drop a little over the weekend. Answer:	I put mine under the insole of my new shoes, and they have been there about 3 weeks now, made a great difference. No more foot pain at work, and less back pain too.

Answer:	They are not solid. Sort of gel like, but feels like comfy material over top. Mine have lasted a few months with wearing at least 5 days a week. They are removable also. Peel & re-stick slowly.

Answer:	There are 3 sets. They are soft, about 1/2” thick. I wear orthotics. I just spent a week in Mazatlan, MX. I added the clear ones and the blue ones on top of my regular orthotics and underneath a thin rubber pad for extra support walking on uneven pavement including cobblestones. The set that appears grey is kind of fabric covered instead of the smooth “plastic” of the other two. I was able to put them backwards about my big toe joint for cushioning. I wore Skechers with a stretchy upper part. I was very pleased with these. For me, they aren’t high enough alone, but added to my $300 pair for all that uneven surface walking they were wonderful. Rinsed off with soap and water. I think I’ll get a few months use out of them. Hope this helps.
