Answer:	Hi Laarramat, the product comes with small and medium size in a box. Sometimes it depends on how long/big your toes are and not only on the shoe size. Size 6 would probably fit better with small from the toe separators, but if you want something looser during the night or to increase the space between your toes a bit more, you could wear the medium size.

Answer:	Large here should be interpreted as wide. The 3 sizes do not correlate to the length of your foot. Since I wear a 14, I asked the seller to send me a large. They did so very promptly but there is no way I could use them due to the excessive width. Prior to using these, I wore standard width shoes.

Answer:	The ridges should be facing down when you put them on. Your feet will look like duck feet when it's worn correctly.

Answer:	I did not find them comfortable, even after trying to increase time over a few weeks. I had difficulty getting over my smallest two toes. They can be stretched and maybe my toes are shorter than other people's toes, but getting them over the toenails and up tight against the base of the toe made it a challenge.The sneakers would have to be wider and taller to fit these inside. I couldn't get them inside even a pair of old loose slippers. I also do NOT recommend walking around in them. Some people may be able to walk around in them but I had trouble with that - sort of unstable since they are gel and can move a bit. Additionally, getting a sock over them was pretty much impossible for me and the socks I have, and trying to walk in them had them coming off the two smallest toes.

Answer:	Hello, Yes, they can absolutely be worn with socks. You will just need to be a little more careful when putting on your socks so the toe separators stay in place. In terms of wearing them in shoes, it depends on how wide the shoe is. For example, I am able to wear them in my fall/winter leather boots and my running shoes when I go to the gym. Hope this helps. Question:	could correct the ring and little fingers of the feet that are like hunched over
Answer:	The toe correctors help straighten my toes a little, but you have to consistently wear them for them to help to ease any discomfort of your toes. During sleep they do get a little snug so your toes might get sore. I don’t wear them during the day, only at night when I’m asleep.

Question:	What are they made of and are they soft
Answer:	Hi Elaine, They are very soft and flexible. They are silicone. Yesterday I wore them in the shower! They are very flexible which helps to get them between the toes. When I put them on, I start at the b ig toe and work to the small. I put each "gem" in between the toes and then once done, I go back and pull slightly on each "gem" which really gets it to the base of each toe for maximum stretch. Easy Peasy and feet feel really good afterwards!
Question:	can you sleep in them
Answer:	i start out sleeping on my back and frequently wear these to sleep because they work so well for me. true, they can snag on the sheets, but it depends if you move around a lot in your sleep. i've had these for around a year now and wear them almost daily for an hour or two, but when i fall asleep with them on i still always wake up at some point to take them off because my toes are getting sore. it's worth it to me though- my toes are so much straighter than a year ago!

Question:	How long per day are they supposed to be worn to correct bunions or hammer toes
Answer:	There is no “prescribed time.” However, from using them myself and suggesting them to clients, I’d recommend starting off with 5 min and see how your foot feels the next day. For some, they are so tight in their foot and calf that they feel like they’ve worked out their foot the next day. Answer:	I use the ones with the little holes in them (sort of look like brass knuckle design). They keep my toes comfortably spaced apart while watching TV or reading. You cannot wear them inside shoes. The other ones with the open spaces on top (kind of U shaped design) are more for separating toes during a pedicure. Not very sturdy.

Answer:	Probably wouldn't be very comfortable that way, although if not planning to put your socked feet into shoes that way, it might be possible.

Answer:	I have running for a train, ha ha. But in shoes that can stretch out. With these on I can't put them in just any sneaker (doesn't fit in my Vans). I put these on then my socks, when running for the train I was scared they would fall out of place or my toes would hurt after. But neither happened. But I will say sometimes they fall out of place when I'm just walkingoing so it could happen when running. Personally they function and I like them.

Answer:	These product is to big for small toes. have to be size small 11605 is large. hoping my answer helps
Question:	How thick are they
Answer:	They are about 1/8" thick. One responder noted that they are slippery and do not stay in place, but that is not 100% accurate from my experience. Correct, they do not stay in place if you wear a very loose fitting shoe, flip-flop, sandal, etc. The reason they work for me is that I still professionally dress every day for my job, so I still want to wear fashionable shoes. My shoes are typically snug through the toe area. When I put the gel separator between the affected toes and hold it in place while I put the shoe on, then the separator stays in place all day. All I know is, I used to have shooting pain, as if hitting a nerve, whether I had shoes on or not, almost unbearable, but this has corrected the problem for me. My podiatrist gave me the first one, but I cannot find them in any drug store. I think they are rather pricey, but they are washable and re-usable, which helps. And, they WORKED for me!

Answer:	One may order either "small" or "large." The longest tip on the large measures 2"; slightly less than 1" wide at the fullest point. The longer small tip measures slightly less than 1 1/2 " and slightly less than 1" wide at the fullest point. The longest tip is designed to fold to the front.
