Answer:	Unfortunately it said Made in China. I see where you are coming from though. Companies may have found that they need to pull away from overseas productivity as a result of the pandemic. For example call centers found that certain countries didn't have transit during national crisis and since employees overseas rely so heavily on public transport and live in smaller places than our homes here few if any could work from home. Cost savings are key to profit but almost as equal in priority is business continuity and as some business has learned it's not so easy to maintain continuity with overseas operations. That is something that our current pandemic may have even taught a variety of business that manufacturer things home users can print parts for and deliver to assembly lines that can piece them together without a large gathering. China would be the wrong place for such a factory system to operate in if it's workers can't take their production home. No place to setup shop in tiny dwellings.

Answer:	It says it is in the second picture, I haven't measured but the rolls are very full so I'd confidently guess that they are 520 inches per roll. There is definitely more than 52 inches in a roll (52 inches x 10 rolls =520 inches) so that again would lend itself to 520 per roll.
