Answer:	I have never had pain when removing the tape. Try removing it after a bath or shower. Also there is an adhesive remover that I have purchased to help remove any leftover adhesive.

Answer:	No, you wouldn't want to use this directly on a wound. I use as an underlayment for leukotape (super sticky tape that I use to hold my kneecap into place). It probably would work ok over gauze to hold it into place.

Answer:	It works better than moleskin in preventing blisters because it adheres better. The key to blister prevention is not thickness of covering, but that the layer in contact with the skin does not move. I used moleskin for decades, but now use Leukotape exclusively.
