Question:	Does one dare use a nail polish to cover up the fungus on a big toe
Answer:	Short answer: No Polish. Long answer: I bought this in Sept. 2013. It stated on the packaging that is was not effective for nails, and references treatment for athlete's foot and ringworm. The package picture is misleading. I gave it a try by first filing down my nail and exposing as much of the underlying tissue as possible. This product had no effect on the fungus in my nail bed. I stopped using the Fungi Nail solution in July 2013. For the last year, I have been using only a solution of ½ original flavor Listerine, ½ distilled white vinegar directly after showering and letting it dry on the nail and surrounding tissue. I stuck to this regiment religiously for a full year. I removed and filed down the damaged nail regularly. Additionally, I stopped wearing toenail polish and wore open-toed shoes whenever possible. My nail is now almost fully healed and grown back in normally. Only a very small edge of damaged nail needs to finish growing out.

Answer:	I wouldn't think that it would be affective unless it was applied directly to the nail & skin immediately surrounding it.
Question:	My fungus is extensive, they barely look like toenails anymore, has anyone had good results when nails are that bad
Answer:	I had one nail that was just a mild case that improved in a few weeks, but I had another nail that was thick, yellow, flakey, brittle. The pen didn't start working on the worse nail until I used a sharp pair of nail clippers to cut away and scrape off as much off the nail layer as possible, especially near the cuticle. After a few months, I can see normal nail starting to grow again. I apply once a day after I get out of the shower, when my nails are soft from the hot water.
Question:	Is this made in the USA
Answer:	I'm pretty sure it's made in China. The instructions on the back have grammar and spelling errors and there is no info about origin anywhere on the container or pens. This is kind of a sketchy product to be honest.

Answer:	Not bad on smell, drys fast but don’t think it helps. I didn’t have fungus but need nail repair.
