I don't understand why this product has both Sepia 12X and tea tree oil in it. The 12X is indicative of a homeopathic concentration and tea tree oil is know as an antidote to homoepathics. Furthermore homeopathic remedies are for internal use. What is funny is tea tree oil is listed as the last inactive ingredient when in fact it is the only thing in the product that will affect fungus. I bought it before online before reading the label and used it but it was not very effective. I would just make up a 3-5% tea tree oil blend (Tisserand says dermal max is 15% but I would stay well below that for the scrotum. ) Although tea tree oil is a great anti-fungal do not put it on you genitals undiluted, it will blister you. I use a 5% solution for jock itch and it works much better than Monostat and the other OTC fungicides for me. I use sweet almond oil or jojoba oil for the carrier and add some lavender, spearmint, or wintergreen in the mix to improve the scent. Sorry if that is too much info. JH

Question:	How do you use this? Says to put it on "every hour in the initial days." How is this possible if you have to work, go outside, etc
Answer:	There's nothing in this that will cure fungal infections. I think tea tree helps them, but doesn't cure them. At least not in my experience. Try clotrimizole first, and then go to the doctor for prescription ketoconazole. If THAT doesn't work, do a course of fluconazole. Answer:	I’m not sure why they don’t, but here is a list for you: coconut oil, canola oil, olive oil, tea tree oil,eucalyptus oil, bee’s wax,vitamin E, lavender oil, rose geranium oil, and vitamin C. This balm works great too; I love it!

Answer:	It's very mild as far as irritating your skin. I think you'd be able to,it's definitely greasy tho. If you need something for your face I'd use rosehip oil. If acne is a issue. If you have ringworm on your face then this may work. My husband uses it on his feet and said that the itching went away immediately or at least a few hours. It's a balm so it is soothing and a bit oily but not a bad thing in this case for intended use. I love these products. Try the soap by fine Vine too that's my favorite.

Answer:	I've been using it for almost 2 months for a rash on my thigh near bikini area. Disappeared in 10-12 days!
