Answer:	I would advise you to see a physician. You may have issues due to your diet, antibiotic overuse, immune system problems or other conditions. I have personally never experienced your issue, but since Lotrimin is an antifungal, it would likely have at least some effect. Answer:	When I had it, it took about 3 months to completely clear me up. 1 spots went away soon because I caught them right away. The one on the back of my neck took the longest because I didn't notice it until someone said something about it. It took longer. Also, it was the whole way across the back of my neck. After the places were cleared up, I continued the cream for a week or 2 to make sure it was gone and not coming back. The first one on my chin took about a month.
