Answer:	hi Becky, i think it would depend on if you use it every day or not and if you use it once a day or twice a day. ideally it should be twice. and the best way i have found to use it is when you take a shower. so you can be doing that while you are showering so you will be distracted by showering and not thinking about the oil in your mouth. when you step out of the shower spit it out into the toilet and flush it right away, as there are a lot of toxins in it. i will become a lot more liquid and change colors to white. i have had my bottle over a month and it is still half full but i do not use it every day but about 3 x a week. and only once a day. i hope that helps.
