The 62% and inactive ingredient list is now the same as Equate (which I was forced to buy due to no Germ-X being available) To insure I had a 99.99%+ germ killing sanitizer, I added Pure Vegetable Based Glycerine USP and 91% Alcohol to the 60 fl. oz. bottle. Surprisingly, it thickened contents somewhat.

Answer:	I would call customer service and ask. The only reason I can think of is the fear on the shipping aspect of it, is that the bags may get crushed in transit. Being a Blue Star mom, I sent the pump bottles when shipping. MAYBE you can have these bags shipped in a box in a box to protect them. Call CS and ask them. Perhaps they will do this for the troops? I would try it. As far the description, maybe the seller used to and did not change that info. Good luck to you and your family member(s) overseas!

Answer:	This hand sanitizer no longer contains 70% Isopropyl. The product details state that the active ingredient is Ethyl alcohol and the product image has also been updated to reflect that. If you are re-buying this hand sanitizer because of the alcohol content, review the current product description. The latest bottle I received was 70% Ethyl alcohol, although previous bottles I've ordered listed Isopropyl as the active ingredient.
