Answer:	Hi!! I have used both!! The OB brand in the ultra was my 1st choice, but as I get a bit older, I find it harder to use the OB tampons with no applicator. The Tampax brand in the ultra absorbency was the 3rd runner up..they were just not quite as leak proof due to the Tampax brand expanding long ways and outward. They did leak. Also, I might add the Tampax brand has lately been very, very irritating to me skin.. trust me you don't want an allergic reaction in such a sensitive area!!! The Playtex Ultra was my fave! They don't irritate my skin, and they expand more side to side and I feel they offered much better protection!! I have ultra super crazy sensitive skin due to my allergies and such, and playtex brand by far is the best i have used. My flow is VERY heavy and my cycle is almost a week long. I like how comfortable they are. They no longer carry them where I live so I was so excited when I saw them on here!! I hope this was helpful!

Answer:	I have medium-heavy flows and am your same age. I use the 0 and it's never overflown or leaked, even with 12 hours of usage. I don't think it'll make a huge difference if you wanted a 1 though.

Answer:	I’m not an expert or anything but I’m my experience as long as you are not leaking and it is not uncomfortable you’re good. The cup is gonna move up while it’s adjusting to your body and it shouldn’t be to low that you’re feeling it. Now if what you are saying is that the cup is hitting your cervix then yes you should change the cup.
Question:	What type of strings do these have for removal? I am asking because if it is just plain unbraided/fused cord the blood soaks through them and leaks
Answer:	I don’t think it matters what size you are. I’m a size 4, very petite, had 3 children via c-section and use this with no problems. Period life changer! Will never use a tampon again.

Answer:	Thank you for reaching out. We generally lean toward full cup immersion in a rolling boil for a minimum of 5 minutes, or wiping down the cup inside and out (don't forget the airholes!) with 70% isopropyl alcohol.
