Answer:	Due to menstrual cups being personal hygiene products, we recommend replacing your menstrual cup after one year of use. Answer:	I am not sure if you are asking a question or stating a fact. I think you're asking whether this product contains parfum or olive oil. The ingredients in this product are: purified water, sodium coco sulphate, olive oil, coco betaine, soy amide, sea salt, guar hydoxypropyltrimonium chloride, parfum. So, yes both are contained in this product. I think its important to note that after washing the cup you are supposed to rinse off the remaining soap and then insert. Therefore, you should not be inserting a cup which still has the product on it. You do not need to invest in a menstrual cup wash if you have a soap which is mild, fragrance free, and does not contain harsh chemicals or antibacterial in it. If you want to sterilize the cup you can do so via boiling (instructions available on line). Lena's website says "clean LENA Cup using any mild unscented, non antibacterial, water-based, natural if possible soap." If you are particularly sensitive then you may want to stick with a fragrance free all natural soap. The reality is the cup will discolor over time, but harsh chemicals can harm the cups chemical composition and it loses shape or becomes discolored more quickly and then the cup has to be replaced more often. Answer:	Our Regular Cup holds 16-25ml, while our Heavy Cup holds 24-37ml.

Answer:	The starter kit is a good option because you get both sizes and can determine which one works. I didn’t notice I was shipped the incorrect size on my first orde and received the heavy flow, I have no kids and it was very uncomfortable to wear. Like anything it’s hard to k ow until you try.

Answer:	I do not have trouble turning the cup. However it's a 50/50 on popping open easily. Somedays I have no trouble others it takes me a few tries. I still love this cup way better than my last one so it doesnt bother me if it takes a few tries. I used the "c" fold method.

I too am over 30 with no children, also with very heavy flows on some days, and I am currently using the Model 1. As someone else had mentioned, on my heaviest days, I have to wear a cloth pad to catch the "excess" flow. The cup takes some getting used to, and the Model 1 is softer and may be more comfortable to someone new to this. The volume difference between Model 1 and 2 is about 5 ml (about 0.17 fl oz.), and if you're like me, that mere 5 ml difference is not going to make much of a difference on my super heavy day. I have given thought to purchasing a Model 2 as well, but so far, I am very happy with the Model 1. Hope this helps. =)

Answer:	Amanda,Model 1 is smaller than Model 2 in that it is easier to insert due to its size and flexibility. Because of its smaller size it is more sought after by new cup users who are intimidated by shoving a large object up their private areas. Model two is made of thicker silicone, and is less flexible, but the reviews I read stated that the flexibility of both model 1 and model 2 Lunette are more flexible than other brands. I have a model one and a heavy period for the first two days, in which I empty this cup maybe four to five times that day, and regular for two to three times a day. During my lighter days, I only empty this cup once per day. The model two is not used as often by those who have a regular period, because it is kind of overkill. Also, if you are young, your body hasn't fully developed yet, so your uterus, vaginal canal, they are all smaller; thus the recommendation for model 1 for teenagers. I once came across some great advice in a forum while I was researching cups. This person said; no one can tell you what cup fits you, only you know that. It can be difficult to make a decision based off of what you read, but it can help you come to a conclusion. What is your body like, what is your flow like? Only you know that. If I were asked how I came to my decision of choosing the model 1 first, I would say: even though I get a heavy flow, I wanted a smaller one to try out first, because I never gave birth, I knew my canal wasn't stretched out. Question:	Will this cup leaks through the small suction holes under the rim? What if I was lying down
Answer:	Not at all! The small suction holes are pin prick sized. They are sooo small that you won't have to worry about that. Also, I've never had any issues with lying down with leaks/spillage. Answer:	Actually this cup is more firm than the diva cup!! It’s got a great deal but a bit of a “learning curve” since it’s bigger and thicker than others. I wear this cup on my heaviest of days. I have had some leakage but not because of the seal, mostly because my flow is so heavy after three kids and having tubes tied. But it’s generally the best solution for me since tampons are worse and pads are just gross. I would recommend this over the diva cup for heavy flow days.

Answer:	Yes to both. The size 2 holds several milliliters more, so you'd have much longer between dumps.
