On my very first try of this product (and very first time EVER using a cup excluding the nightmare softcup trial) I danced with my toddler, went to physical therapy (movement like yoga) went swimming afterward. I made sure to dive, flip under the water and even walked on my hands in the pool my legs straight up in the air and I did this vigorously and repeatedly just to test the Lena cup! Then I took a nap on the sofa. Later after 8 hrs of total use I removed the cup. There was no leak and no mess with removal. plus it was only about half full. So I cleansed it reinserted it using the 7 fold and slept in it. I am a very uneasy sleeper. meaning I turn all over the place. It took me about ten times of removing and inserting to feel I definitely had a feel for what to do but looking back I honestly think I had it right by the 2nd or 3rd time. Self doubting myself was what made me keeping trying by the 8th try I put it too far up for my body and that was the only time I "felt" it. I wasnt painful but just a little uncomfortable with a slight bit of uneasy pressure. But it was a good thing it made me feel uneasy. It actually boosted my confidence that I had been doing it correctly that whole time before. Question:	How would I know which size cup to buy
Answer:	Most women can wear either LENA cup and choose one size over the other primarily based on their blood flow amount, cervix height and general physique. Age and birthing history could play a role as well.Generally, women with light / normal flow choose LENA Small and women with normal / heavy flow choose LENA Large.We recommend first-time cup users to start with LENA Small. Question:	im a small person never given birth my period is normal i have no idea where my cervix lies what size would i get
Answer:	It sounds like a size Small would be a great place to start, but we highly encourage you to measure your cervix. Those with a high cervix find that a size Regular is easier to remove as the body of the cup is longer and easier to reach. Question:	Bought one at the end of November, the stem broke off while removing it. Is there a way to get it replaced or do I need to repurchase
Answer:	Not positive about the replacement, but the stem isn’t supposed to be used for removal. It is there to help you check for a suction seal and locate the cup. Pinching the bottom of the cup breaks the seal for removal and then you hold there to pull the cup out of you.
Question:	Does the Saalt cup wash come with it? Or is that a separate purchase
Answer:	Great question! When you order a Saalt Soft it comes with the cup specified in the order and a cute cloth bag to store your cup in when not in use. The Saalt Wash is a separate item and as such would need to be purchased separately.

Question:	I purchased the mini soft and it came today. I should have followed your recommendation of a medium. How do I go about exchanging it
Answer:	I know that as soon as I messaged the seller they were more than happy to send me out a replacement in the correct size without requiring an exchange (I think for sanitary reasons) they really want you to be satisfied with their product and now im much happier with my Medium cup and I have a small for light days but really I mostly just use my medium I think it creates a better seal for my body☺️

Question:	How soft is the soft when compared to a Lunette model
Answer:	I didn't find this cup to be that soft. I was comparing it to the Intimina Lily cup original. I found I'm not a cup person though they all seemed uncomfortable to me. I had much better luck with the Nixit Disk NOW that is soft and so comfortable you don't even feel it.

How to use and care for Peachlife Menstrual Cups?

Clean and store:

Before and after use, thoroughly clean our cup with soap and warm water (preferably an antibacterial soap). You may boil it for up to 2 minutes for a thorough disinfection. Simply microwave or heat water on the stove and insert your Peachcup. Store in included Bag.

Insert and remove:

Push down a corner or fold in half; insert. Slightly pull until you feel a vacuum formed.

To remove, hook the tip of your finger into the Ring and carefully pull until the bottom can be grabbed to fully remove. Please reach out to us if your cup does not open easily or the vacuum is too strong for you. We will be glad to get the right version to you for free!
