On my very first try of this product (and very first time EVER using a cup excluding the nightmare softcup trial) I danced with my toddler, went to physical therapy (movement like yoga) went swimming afterward. I made sure to dive, flip under the water and even walked on my hands in the pool my legs straight up in the air and I did this vigorously and repeatedly just to test the Lena cup! Then I took a nap on the sofa. Later after 8 hrs of total use I removed the cup. There was no leak and no mess with removal. plus it was only about half full. So I cleansed it reinserted it using the 7 fold and slept in it. I am a very uneasy sleeper. meaning I turn all over the place. And I have a low cervix so its not too high up in me either.
