So I switched to rolling boil on high heat for 3 minutes (stirring about once a minute), then simmer on low for 15 minutes (stirring maybe 3-4 more times) and then I turn if off, secure the lid and let it steep for about 15 minutes before I strain it. Rinse thoroughly because any remaining hydrogen peroxide can cause inflammation in your colon. Finally you just let it dry out away from direct sunlight.
