Answer:	The instructions warn specifically against using this product if "tympanostomy tubes" are present. Also, if you have a perforated eardrum, or an ear infection, there is a warning against using the product, as well.

Answer:	We use a solution of 1/2 peroxide and 1/2 vinegar to put in the ears before flushing. It only takes 2-3 drops in the ear and leave in for 5 minutes then put cotton in and do the other ear. After in has softened up the wax (you will feel the peroxide doing its thing) we rinse each ear with straight warm water (about a cup each). We used to use vinegar in the rinse but the plunger rudder got hard which made moving it real hard. We bought two more for replacements, and used just water in them and so far they have not gotten hard. Hope this helps answer your question.

Answer:	Tepid water in a clean mug, fill and put it in your ear as far as possible without hurting yourself and then over the sink squirt as hard as possible (about 10-12 times) until ear WAX loosens and gets washed out and you can hear again out of that ear. I also do the other at the same time since I am there and was surprised at the wax that came out of the good ear too. Just remember the trick is almost hot water to melt the wax and a hard jet into the ear canal. 15 minutes total job.

Question:	What is the diameter of the base of these candles
Answer:	In my experience as a user of beeswax candles they tend to make very little or no soot; with the tea lights they are so small that I have never noticed any soot coming from any beeswax tea light. From larger beeswax candles once in a very great while I have seen some soot after a candle has been burning for a long time with a very high flame and usually it has to do with how much wick is present above the top of the wax and how blackened it is. Some candle makers/sellers will tell you to trim the wick if you get any soot and then relight the candle. As I said though with tea lights they are so small and are not lit for as many hours so I have not noticed it happen. Makers/sellers of beeswax candles tend to broadly claim these candles have no soot altogether and I would day it is true for the most part, maybe not as much of a blanket truth as the selling listings claim. Certainly they are far less apt to produce soot than any other type of candle I have used. I generally use only soy or beeswax these days (once in a while coconut wax or a mixture) and that has been my experience; if you ask someone who makes them you might get a more exact or knowledgeable response. Cotton or hemp wicks are usually the ones used with soy and beeswax; I believe the wick material can also make a difference as far as soot, so I would stick with those when in doubt.

Answer:	In my experience I have found the lean to be the slimmest. 1.25’s are short but still make fat joints. The lean keep in long n slim. Nice to smoke because the filter is also a bit longer on these giving the smoker something to hold onto. Hope this helps.
