Answer:	It could be, but kids might not want to wear it outside the home. I only wear it when vacuuming, mowing, or using my Nutribullet.☺️

Answer:	I doubt it. They take some getting used to, but do work if fitted properly. The big clunky ones are definitely easier to use. Individual ear inserts may be the best for a child since they do no hang out; however, they may not offer the same sound protection.

Answer:	Other than they are bulky and would interfere with shooting rifles, I don't see why not. You should check the decibel reduction to see if it's sufficient for gun fire.
Question:	is the gel pad worth the extra $30 over the other bluetooth version
Answer:	After buying the gel pad version, I picked up a used 3M headphone at Savers for $7.99 (!!!). This one had regular earpads, and was already charged when I took it home. One drawback of the gel version is the weight! They weigh 398 gms versus 346 gms of the one with regular pads. In comparison, my MPOW Bluetooth noise cancelling headphones weigh 266 gms. The gel pads are taller and roomier so there is more room for your ears. With the regular pad version, part of my ear touches the inside of the earmuff, but nothing major. I can confirm the gel pad version does seem to be 1 dB less NRR than the regular pads. For me, I returned the gel pad version and got a refund for $64, and will just get by with the Savers one for now (Ha Ha). If I were to buy a new one, I'd get the regular pad version.

You can hear the ring when a call comes in but will have to take off the headset and use your phone to have a conversation. They are fantastic for pistol shooting but not good for shooting rifle with a scope. Can’t achieve proper eye relief cause headset bumps into butt stock. Noise canceling works very good.
