For our 8 pound cat we mix a slurry of 1 pill in water daily and give with a syringe . Our dog was 42+ pounds and he took 1 pill wrapped in cheese in the morning and 1 in the evening. This helped both our pets more than the anti-inflammatory shots the vet gave our pets. This is just our experience with the predecessors of The T-Relief products. I use Traumeel on occasion myself and it works well. My quite elderly my mother uses this T-relief product daily with great success .
