Answer:

I put an ice pack either in top compartment or bottom and it lasts for hours. I have not put loose ice cubes in it. This bag is great for me carrying around my insulin. If you have any other questions, please ask. This bag is great for me to use as a purse. Lots of room with compartments and the extra benefit to transport medication that needs to be kept cold. Answer:	Hi I use mine while on a boat scuba diving. It works great. Ice packs have sleeves to slide your ice packs in. Plenty of room! I hope my answer helps. Take care.

Answer:	I use this bag for the same thing and it works every time. It holds the pen, needles and alcohol wipes.
Question:	Where do you place the refrigerated packs in the case
Answer:	Not sure this will help, but I use it for eye drops that stay frozen and than get used. It is a very small container that the drops come in, so I just put them in between 2 ice packs inside the folded part, although I used all 4 ice packs. The entire pack stayed fine for about 16 hrs.
