The 3rd and brightest setting is supposed to be the one that delivers the intensity appropriate for light therapy. However, if still plugged in (charging) during use, each level of brightness is even brighter than it would be normally, so what was 'medium' unplugged would be more like what you see on 'low' when plugged in. That being said, the brightest setting is your 3rd setting when plugged in. There is a lot of range between these settings so I've found it to be a perfect desk lamp at work, for reading, light therapy, you name it. This is especially the case since the lamp angle itself is so easily adjustable. |
