Answer:	While I don't have this unit, I have one very similar. My issue was that it started making a high pitched noise when plugged in and the green light did not come on. I did several things, not sure exactly what worked, but I managed to get it working again. First I unplugged it. Then poured a little white vinegar in it and let it sit for a bit, then took a Q-tip and gently rubbed the center piece and rinsed with water. I later did the same thing with rubbing alcohol. It didn't turn on, but I left it overnight and this morning it's working perfectly. So maybe something had to dry out... Hope this helps you or anyone else with this issue.

Answer:	I let mine run until the water is out if you have it on constant it lasts 4 hours. If you leave it on 30 seconds intermittent it lasts for 8 which I usually use.

Answer:	You can use a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution to clean the unit. Let the solution soak in the unit for about 5 minutes and then empty it out. Rinse the unit and wipe with a soft cloth.

Answer:	There should be a small manual in the box. But, just add your water to fill line and drop 3-4 drops of the essential oil in water after filling. Place cap on and plug it in. Press start button. If the water level in the container is too high, it will mot mist. When you press the start button it should begin the misting process immediately. The lid will also change colors while using. Watch it carefully and do not keep it plugged in more than 12 hours at a time. It may not turn itself off every time after running out of water. So keep an eye on it.
