Question:	I received one of these products as a Christmas gift but it does not work. Can I exchange it

Answer:	The lid holds water so when you take it off the unit make sure you have something under it. If you put to much water in the unit it will leak. Don't overfill it. The unit may need too be put a little higher.

Answer:	Those are automatic shutoff times. If you push the button once, it will shut off after 60 minutes, twice after 120 minutes, three times after 180 minutes and if you go all the way to "on", it shuts off after it runs out of water or you shut it off.

Question:	Can you put the oils right in the water tank
Answer:	Hello, make sure the inside is clean. Then put your desired amount of water. I use any where from 4 - 8 drops of oil, it is up to you. There is not a mist setting so make sure to keep the inside clean.
Question:	Mine is leaking, does anyone now why
Answer:	Thank you for your question. It will not beep when it auto turn off, and will just blink red light to remind you there is no water. Question:	Does this 1000ml version just run twice as long as the 500ml version, or does it produce more output too
Answer:	On my diffuser and 3/4 cup of water, plus the oil drops, approximately 5 hours on high setting
