Question:	Instructions for 2 physical buttons? Lost manual, app works, but on-unit buttons? I got onn/off, but which is timer, what's left button for, etc
Answer:	The button on your left is for light adjustment, the button on your right adjusts the time. 1 push for shorter time up to 4 pushes. I think pushing the button 4 times gives you 6 hours of run time.
Question:	The device keeps going offline. Any thoughts on why and how to fix it
Answer:	hi, actually I have not had any issues. What we did was created a "guest" wireless network not sure if that is the reason why it hasn't gone off line.
Question:	Does this have to be plugged in
Answer:	Yes. Standard ac adapter.
Question:	I changed to a new internet provider. now i cannot connect to the app. i've tried resetting, etc. nothing seems to work
Answer:	Not working either!
