Answer:	Your family is more than welcome to share the device with one mask or purchase multiple masks. Any germs in the reservoir are killed off when passing through the steam technology because of high heat and pressure. We have two independent laboratories certifying this. They found that germs in Mypurmist are eliminated by 99.9999% (Log6 to Log7 reduction) with is the level of sterilization. It is also hard to germs to exist in the reservoir because we utilize ultrapure sterilized water with no “food” for germs. Any germs about the steam device are eliminated during the automatic 10 minute drying phase following a session. You are more than welcome to remove the mask from the unit, clean with soap and fresh water, then hand dry in which you will simply pull upward to take it off.
Question:	Can I get the flash point chart I need it to be flash point over
Answer:	In a typical day, the battery takes approximately 2 hours to charge and should last 2-4 sessions before having to recharge again. The battery can be charged and depleted 600+ times before losing a considerable amount of its original charging capacity. In practice it should last years for you. We do not sell the battery separately because it is built inside the unit.

Answer:	Usually I clean it regularly. Just need to wipe it out with a lightly damp cloth, don't ever use chemicals.
Question:	I recently purchase the diffuser and misplaced my manual. How do I know what settings I'm on from the amount of mist, to the colors and the hours
Answer:	Lower the lighting in the room so the lights on the diffuser appear brighter and therefore easier for u to see. Plug unit in and press "Mist" button on side of unit. The default time period is 1 hr and it will be lit up. Press Mist again and it will scroll to 3 hrs. Press again and it scrolls to 6 hrs. Press one more time and the unit will turn off. When unit is on, it will auto scroll through all the colors on repeat. To choose a specific color, wait for that color to appear and press the "Light" button. The color will stay on. U can also scroll through all the colors by pressing Light button until the color u choose comes up, then stop scrolling. It's much easier than it sounds, just start playing with the buttons when the unit is on and it will become clear.
