Answer:	I haven't tried Sweet Dreams, but we use Nighty Night ( roll on)and Calming the child together ( in diffuser). Hasn't put her to sleep but calms her when we use regularly. Bed time is a rough time.

Answer:	Some sort of bubble gum flavorant (chemical), not specified. The amount of flavor is not too strong or too weak, but I suggest you agitate the bottle the first few times to guarantee it is spread throughout the cod liver oil.

Answer:	Hi Nicolaus - I don't think it does, but to be honest I'm not 100% sure. I actually have not used Carlson Lab's cod liver oil in a while for my kids, and I should probably get them back on it as we're about to go into cold/flu season! I don't have a bottle in front of me to double check the ingredients, but if you visit Carslon Lab's website directly, I think you can pull up an ingredient list. If memory serves, the only additive is the lemon flavoring... but I'm pretty sure it's natural lemon flavoring. Works wonders for children to take it with no complaints.
