Question:	do you need oils
Answer:	You can just use water, if you want to use it as a humidifier. This does not include the essential oils; you will have to buy those seperatly. It is worth buying the oils though.
Question:	how long it would work on a single fill up
Answer:	I think some people are getting confused as to the functions. Pushing once to green is intermittent mode. It diffuses 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off and runs for up to 6 hours. However, mine is still running after 8 hours. It auto shuts off when water is almost gone. Push twice to red or continuous mode and it runs continually for 3 hours then auto shuts off. I started mine at 1am in green intermittent mode and it’s 8:45 and still running. But no complaints here!
Question:	Does there have to be a light
Answer:	You can turn off the color lights. But the function light especially the green is very bright if you are sensitive to light when you sleep this will be bothersum. I used black electrical tape to round the bottom of the lid to block out most the green light. It will do rather than returning to buy a more expensive item.
Question:	does it shut off
Answer:	Push once to green which is intermittent mode. It will diffuse 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off and runs for 6 hours or until water runs out then auto shuts off. Push twice to red which is continuous mode which diffuses for 3 hours and shuts off. I’ve read some incorrect answers on here so wanted to clarify.

Answer:	If you have hard water or any particulates in the water, it will probably eventually gum up the works. I use a Brita pitcher to fill with. I do not use unfiltered tap water. It took about three refill cycles to get the factory dust out of it, then it was clean when refilling it the fourth time. It lasts overnight when running on low. On high, about 6 hours. But it does put out a great mist. Very happy with this purchase for my mom's bedroom.

Answer:	This is not lavender or essential oil. It's some kind of cheap fragrance diluted with water. It doesn't smell like lavender and it clearly states on the container that it doesn't contain any essential oils. It smells like cheap soap.

Answer:	Well, it really depends on the reeds you put in the bottle. I'd say at least 4 months with total 6 reeds and would last much longer time if you put less.

Answer:	No, do not light the sticks on fire. This is not candle diffuser. Its a flame free oil reed diffuser. All you have to do is put the reeds into the bottle. This is much safer and better way to make your rooms smell great.

Answer:	The company replaced mine after 5 years. They will advise you over the phone how to make test to insure it was set up properly. If there is a break in the underground fence, it will not work. They can guide you how to check for this.

When the aromatherapy machine is plugged in and connected to the power, the first switch will turn from left to right. It is a fog button, the first down is a small fog, the second down is a heavy fog; select the middle power switch, the first down is a spray for 1 hour, the second down is a spray for 3 hours, and the third down is a spray for 6 hours. The fourth step is to continue spraying until the internal water is atomized. The third switch is a button to control the light. The first step is to randomly change the light mode.
