Answer:	Just wipe clean on where the water is once a month. No chemicals.

Answer:	I have not tried to use a different brand so far, but any oil should work, considering it just diffuses into the water either way.
Question:	I've heard essential oils with citrus in them will break down some diffusers plastic. Will citrus breat this one down
Answer:	Yes! This company was amazing. An oil bottle was broken upon arrival, I reached out and they sent me a new oil and a few extras for the trouble. They were awesome to work with!
Question:	Can you use the diffuser without having the lights on
Answer:	Same thing happened to mine.. no water came out but all it did was flash red and not work. Nothing I did fixed it and the company never responded to complaint. Real bummer. No one should be buying this product.

Question:	What are the dimensions of this large, 500 mL diffuser (as compared with the medium, 200 mL version
Answer:	It is approx. 8" across at the top and 4.5" tall. I don't have a 200ml to set side by side but Ive seen the 200 and the 500ml is double the size. I have two of the 500ml and love them. The extra size means longer use time and more scent dispersed. I read some of the negative reviews, IGNORE them. It works flawlessly and only needs to be cleaned occasionally.

Question:	Does it beep when a cycle ends...say in the middle of the night
Answer:	These did not work for me. I bought two. The beeps and shut offs seemed tempermemtal.
