Answer:	Yes. I do not use essential oils as some are toxic to pets.
Question:	Is it normal for the oil to get mixed with the water
Answer:	It’s normal for pure essential oils to break down plastic. (They need to be in metal or glass.) I used to make skin care products using essential oils. They came to us in heavy metal cans or glass. If in their concentrated form, they were left in plastic containers, the containers would bend and warp. (We had an employee who unintentionally demonstrated this fact for us.) I’m not sure of the technicality of it but I just know - It doesn’t matter what the scent is, don’t put essential oils in plastic! :)
Question:	Can all the lights be turned off
Answer:	Yes you can turn off the color array of lights on the main body, however the "on" lights remain illuminated even with the color display off. There is a red light for constant mist and a green light for intermittent mist. It is quite bright in a dark room (think on your bedside table). It is not just a small illuminated dot but rather a bright dot with corresponding color glow at the bottom. Quite a lot of light next to your bed when trying to sleep. :-( So far, wrapping a dark ribbon around the base at night helps but not an ideal solution. Otherwise I love this diffuser.

Question:	Once filled to the fill line how may hours can it be used before it is dry
Answer:	You will be able to run your Stone Diffuser for one full cycle before the water is emptied. There will be about 1 inch of water left at the bottom. The cycles are a continuous 4 hour, or an intermittent 8 hours. The 8 hour cycle will run for 30 seconds, and turn off for 30 seconds.
Question:	If you want to change scents, should you just run it until it's dry
Answer:	Yes, you can definitely run the diffuser through a full cycle before changing the essential oils! Once the diffuser is turned off, you are able to pour out any left over water, rinse the water reservoir, and fill with fresh water and new essential oils. It is completely up to you when you would like to change the essential oils and water.
Question:	How do you turn it on? Either the one I got in the mail doesn’t work or I can’t figure the manual, which only shows the modes and light but no power

Question:	Where is this manufacturer? China
Answer:	The lid holds water so when you take it off the unit make sure you have something under it. If you put to much water in the unit it will leak. Don't overfill it. The unit may need too be put a little higher.
Question:	Can you use distilled water if you have hard water
Answer:	Those are automatic shutoff times. If you push the button once, it will shut off after 60 minutes, twice after 120 minutes, three times after 180 minutes and if you go all the way to "on", it shuts off after it runs out of water or you shut it off.
Question:	I have had mine for less than a year and it will not stay powered on anymore. It will light up and try to start then shut itself off. Any suggestions

Question:	I received one of these products as a Christmas gift but it does not work. Can I exchange it
Answer:	It definitely depends on the dog. I’ve seen it work on ankle biters barking from across the street to about 20’ away at the park. I do find it most effective within 10’ pointed directly at the dog’s direction.
