Answer:	Sandalwood oil is of two species: Santalum album and Santalum spicatum. East Indian sandalwood is not really sandalwood, but that's Amyris balsamifera. Look up sapphire berry on a search engine if you like, but Symplocos paniculata is definitely not sandalwood. I like qt-store.c*m for it's quality and price, but shipping times using Singapore post are very long.

Question:	I received one of these products as a Christmas gift but it does not work. Can I exchange it
Answer:	It definitely depends on the dog. I’ve seen it work on ankle biters barking from across the street to about 20’ away at the park. I do find it most effective within 10’ pointed directly at the dog’s direction.
