Question:	Do you put this all over your face
Answer:	Hi Stephanie, I'm sorry if the Rosehip Oil is not working for you. A few customers mentioned they got a break out when they first started using the oil. This can be your skin getting used to the product. Or the skin clearing itself. Some of carried on using the oil and things have got better. However, this really depends on your skin. How many drops are you using? 2-3 drops is more than enough to start with. For your whole face and neck area. If you are using more than that you may be overloading your skin and it's getting clogged up. Also try applying the oil to damp skin. This can help it absorb better. You could stop using it for a few days to see if your skin clears up. And when you try it again, use a little less. Does that help? Question:	Does the oil smell like roses
Answer:	Hi Tiffany, sorry for the delay getting back to you on this. I wanted to be certain on a couple of things going on with our supplier before answering. Basically we've been sourcing from our current supplier for the past 4 years. They are a small, family run business, husband and wife with a handful of other employees most of whom have been with them for 10+ years. In past years they struggled to keep up with the demand for our products as well as serving all the customers they had before we came along! However, they grew with us and got more staff and machinery to help us stay in stock. We then got talking 2-3 years ago about getting the organic certification. All the ingredients they were (and still are) supplying for our range were sourced from certified organic suppliers. But they'd never applied for certification themselves. Being 100% organic is so important to us so we pressed them to consider moving to a bigger facility so we could have a dedicated section for organic products. After searching for a suitable property for over a year, and then spending the next 15 months buying it and refurbishing the team are finally ready to move in this week! As we're now in the busy season, they will start the certification process in mid January. Depending on the accredited agent, the whole process should take 10-12 weeks. So I'm hoping by late April they will have the USDA certification. As they bottle and package everything for us, we can then also use the USDA logo on our 100% organic products. We'll most likely have new labels and packaging ready for April or May, so you'll notice the green USDA symbol on all our labels from then! Sorry for the long answer, but I wanted you and any other customers reading this to understand we have been pushing for this for a long time (and it's finally coming together!). I hope that helps? Question:	Seller: It's titled rosehip essential oil but described as rosehip seed oil! Not the same thing, which is it? Essential oil is leaves & stem not seeds
Answer:	Hi, thanks for your question and sorry for the delay in replying. We were indeed starting the certification process in May 2015. We even got to the stage of getting the redesigned labels approved with the USDA logo on them. However, before we got further down the track, we moved away from that supplier to our current one (better quality, more personal service). They're much smaller and this certification process is a bigger undertaking for them. Even though they've been sourcing and selling organic oils for over a decade (to people like us and direct to the consumer), they haven't gone through the certification process. In addition their facility is small and that creates problems for fencing off an "organic only" section. We've been pushing them on this for a while and they've been looking for new, larger premises for the past 2-3 months. This will allow us to have our own section dedicated to organic products, which can then be certified and monitored by the appropriate body. I also made a note it would take about 5-6 months from start to finish. So it's good to know 6 months is how long it'll take from someone who has gone through the process themselves! You can rest assured this is the biggest "must do" thing on our list. Our whole ethos and reason for being is based on using only organic products, so it is a priority. Answer:	Hi Ziad. Thanks for your question. We're currently going through the certification process so we can use the USDA logo. We were informed that whilst we cannot use the logo on our label without permission we can say the oil is certified organic. The process involves a little time (and money) so we delayed this until we had the resources to commit to it. However, I can assure you our rosehip oil is definitely certified organic. We totally stand behind our products and we want to be known as a completely organic brand, so we will only ever put the good stuff in our bottles! Answer:	It doesn't say. However, it has a very rosy fragrance to it.
Question:	Is this brand cold pressed
Answer:	No, you cannot. The carrier oil (jojoba oil) to essential oil ratio is far too high. Carrier oils are too heavy to be useful or effective in a diffuser. This product is wonderful for topical application, though! Rub it on your chest, neck, back, arms - wherever! It's lovely!!
Question:	Is this hexane-free
Answer:	I use a large variety of Aura Cacia EO's including their Precious Oils in JoJoba. I was finally able to find a little info on their website for the dilution rate for Precious Oils. They state: "All of our precious oils are between 3-7% dilution in jojoba oil, depending on the oil. For proprietary reasons, we don't give out the exact percentage but at these percentages, they are diluted for direct application." I would think the milder oils would be 6-7%, with the more abrasive oils being closer to 3-4%. I hope this helps.
Question:	Does it help to clear stretch marks
Answer:	If the bottle says "Absolute", it means it was extracted using a solvent. A solvent is usually hexane, but there are other solvents suitable for chemical extraction as well. Absolutes usually are not used in aromatherapy for therapeutic purposes, for the very reason that they could theoretically contain residues of a toxic solvent (whether or not this is true is a mute point), but extensively used in perfumery. Jasmine or Rose absolutes have such strong smell that their concentration in the blend would be very small, and concerns that there may be not fully evaporated hexane are not justified. But do not expect therapeutic effect either, you would get, basically, oil-based perfume in the cases when flowers-based absolute is dissolved in jojoba.
