I used to smoke in my car. I have quit smoking and wanted to get rid of the cig smell so I ordered bamboo charcoal air purifier bag, and it has gotten rid of the smoke scent in my car. Answer:	Absolutely! This is the best product discovery I've had in years, and recommend it to everyone. My older dog has decided she doesn't like going out to potty. I found she had been sneaking a pee on my throw rugs. Could be worse, right? Anyway, threw them in the wash with just a bit of this. They smelled like fresh laundry dried outside. Answer:	Firstly, use a fine black light UV flashlight to find the carpets stain. I would recommend a great black light FLASHLIGHT Asin: B07BC8L581, it is a real 365nm black light with black filter lens, you are sure to see it.

Answer:	It has worked well for me. It reduces the smell pretty well. I typically wash first, then a second time with a cup of the solution. It also works well if you wet the garnet then apply the solution. I don't apply to dry fabric. It removes most of the smell but not all. Uruines ruins stretchy fabric like bathing suites. If that's your application, then it's already too late. You can fix the smell, but not the destruction. That's the urine doing the damage, not the Clorox.

CONCRETE & TILE

Safe to use on concrete and tile! When using on concrete, we recommend covering the treated area with plastic to keep the product wet and active for a few hours. Because concrete is so porous, a treated area can dry out very quickly, especially in warm climates. Placing a piece of plastic or a damp towel over the treated area can help keep the product wet and active.

HARDWOOD & LAMINATE

Our product is safe to use on most hardwood and laminate floors. Just be sure to test in a small inconspicuous area first and don't leave any standing liquid on the wood. Too much liquid in some wood types can lead to swelling.

LAUNDRY

Need to wash something with a gross stain? Pre-spray the soiled area and allow to soak for ten minutes before putting in the wash as usual. You can also use 1-2 cups of Stain & Odor Eliminator in a pre-soak cycle to help eliminate gross stains and smells. Then wash as usual.

DIRECTIONS FOR SURFACE STAINS

Pre-test for colorfastness on a hidden area. if color appears on cloth, discontinue use. Remove as much of the stain or pet urine as possible using a highly absorbent towel.

1. Apply a liberal amount of Rocco & Roxie Stain & Odor Eliminator to the affected area.

2. Let stand 30-60 minutes, then blot with a cloth and let air dry.

STEP 1: SOAK THE STAIN

Use enough product to thoroughly penetrate both the carpet and underlying pad (or upholstery and underlying cushion). The best practice is to try and soak the problem area with an amount Stain & Odor Eliminator equal to the urine. This allows the product to penetrate deep into the carpet and come in full contact with the urine.

STEP 2: LET IT SIT

One hour is the minimum recommended time for existing stains and/or severe odor problems. The longer the treated area can soak, the better. In some circumstances it might be beneficial to allow the affected area to soak overnight.

STEP 3: COVER WITH TOWEL AND WEIGHT

Fold a towel and place it over the treated area with a weighted object on top to wick the residual liquid out of the affected area.

STEP 4: VACUUM & INSPECT

Once dried, vacuum and inspect the treated area. Stain and odor should be gone. If not, repeat procedure. Older stains or persistent odor problems may require more than one treatment.

Question:	Would double sided tape on the back of these work to stick it to a wall..? Specifically in an air vent, in my case
Answer:	I do not think these work that well. I have had them in my bathroom for a couple of years. They slowly dissipate but I can smell no fragrance from them at all. I will not purchase again. If sticking them on an air vent, I would be careful you do not melt them or cause some other problem. I just would not do that.
Question:	Last time I ordered they came willy-nilly in the box with the sticky labels off so the product was smeared all over. Are they packaged better now

Answer:	I've been using this with my carpet shampoo cleaner and its been a real life saver. I have a Hoover upright carpet cleaner, and I use 2 capsules of angry orange in the water tank. This stuff is extra concentrated, so I don't recommend using any more than that.

Answer:	I had a roommate that left behind 100 dog urine spots in a 225 sq foot room. The carpeting is 40 year old wool, otherwise in beautiful shape. The smell was horrendous once cold weather set in and windows were always closed. I purchased just about every urine removal product available and nothing worked. I hated the idea of having to rip out and throw away this beautiful wool carpeting. I searched the internet for solutions and found a formula for 32 oz hydrogen peroxide, 1/4-1/2 cu baking soda and 1 tbsp of dish soap. Unfortunately I don't have any wood surfaces, so can't tell you how the product would work on that. But I did pour the mixture mentioned into the carpet and enough to soak into the padding. The instructions said to let it dry, vacuum out baking soda powder. I had to shampoo the carpeting as it is a darker color and I could still see baking soda powder once dry. I've sniffed every inch of the carpet and it smells good now. Unfortunately the Angry Orange,though filling my home with an amazing aroma, did not remove the odor, even when a dilution was poured into the carpet and allowed to soak for days. If the spot you are trying to clean is out of the way, you might try the peroxide. For a wood floor, I would suggest covering the treated area with something to help the mixture penetrate the surface for a day or so. Sadly, both urine and possibly this mixture could permanently stain.

Answer:	If you mean by "non-skid" does it travel or move after it has been laid down, NO it does NOT, it is "non-skid", and stays put like a champ. Believe me, this has been tested by a dog versus human event that occurs every other day with the dreaded dog ear flushing. If it were going to move or travel, it would during this test of human wills and amazing doggie evasive acrobatic maneuvers. I really am quite pleased with this runner for outdoor use, and frankly it is attractive enough to use indoors in a Mud Room or secondary Entry Way. In regards to "non-skid" for walking on, unless you get 2 inches of ice in the winter like we do, you are going to slip, but during rain storms and light snow, I have not lost footing on it. The ribbed "fuzzy" stuff works well to provide traction in rain and light snow, forget it with 2 inches of ice, nothing works then, well maybe ice skates :) Just an added comment, this gets lots and lots of traffic and is holding up really, really well, looks the same as the day I put it down after I sweep it or scrape the ice off of it.

Answer:	As far as I can tell, my experience has been that it neutralizes the odors. But, it does have its own scent too. I can smell it when I enter the room, but it doesn't smell like it is just masking something else. So I guess it really does both.

Question:	How many of burn hours do you get with this candle
Answer:	It's a powder/talc scent.Very clean
Question:	Is the wick lead free
Answer:	This is an odor I have fortunately not had to deal with for a very long time! Given the fact that this candle will get rid of cooking smells (fish, onions, etc.), animal aromas, lingering smoke, and even the smell of a hair perm treatment, I don't see why it wouldn't get rid of skunk. Granted, it will not remove any smell still lingering on the dog, just that in the air.
Question:	Is this paraffin free
Answer:	when burned these candles have enzymes that remove the odors they don't just cover them up .
Question:	is this ok for a african grey parrot
Answer:	Yes, they work great!! Better than any other candle I've used. They keep the house smelling fresh. If I've been burning one and go out somewhere, then come back, the house still smells nice. I switched to these years ago, and won't use anything else.
