| Answer: | Unfortunately, I can't really answer that easily. Since it is natural jerky, there is a lot of variation to the sizes and shapes of the pieces. There were many pieces in the 1 pound bag I bought, but some individual pieces might be as large as 4-6 other pieces combined. For an event where you want everyone to get approximately equal amounts, you may want a different product. I believe this company also sells beef sticks that may be more predictable, but I have not purchased them yet. |

| Answer: | There is NO monosodium glutemate (MSG) in this ingredient list. Under USDA guidelines, MSG would have be labelled outside of natural spices. The natural spices in this recipe include things like garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, etc. |
